Tech admins will have the ability to /manpromote /mandemote etc and rollback.(I am sugesting this because I have Tech-Admins on my server, they are nice) |

Im confused, we already have people who can do that, they're called Moderators and Admins...What will this new rank offer? And why would the server need the ability to promote people when any promotion past Citizen/VIP (Depending on if the ancient rule has been changed) is forbidden without Luigi's conformation |
