Continuing from my first post he his still being abusive and getting on the wrong side of staff and players. He recieved a 2 day ban for griefing but he should be perm banned. There are over 7 compaints about him with over 20 players wanting him banned. 1) he griefs, you cant argue he griefed my faction 2) abuses, he abuse almost everyone apart from himself 3) EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT HIM 4) Hacking, vulterboy and teddy have said they have seen him hacking, with perfect maxed out armour, with enchantment s like projectile protection and protection on one piece of armour. Impossible in survival. I also have the suspicion he hacked my chests and placed protection 10 leather armour to get me banned. I gave this to MLGSNIPER the donator to give to staff to find out who made it. 5) excessively killing people and newcomers, wowman and I have seen this. Victims fox and every newcomer 6) being a absolute dick 7) pvp logging, I have seen this and so has vulterboy. 8) lying Pen, Vulter, Fox, teddy , wowman , armz, staff, player. He has lied to everyone, including himself. 9) murdering animals, rumour from some players I have heard this from. 10) being enemies with everyones faction, ok this is pushing the limit. 11) being an abusive immature child. He also rubs in everything he does. 12) add the rest 1+1 if you want him banned |

You can't ban people with +1, and it's not everyone on the server hating on me, its just you and some others. I have one thing to say - get a life and enjoy the game. I have answered pretty much all of what you have to say.But, I might as well counter your points here. 1) I didn't grief your faction. You accused me of griefing for making a small 3 block platform outside of your claimed land and house area, which I then removed for you afterwards. I was temp banned for spleefing Teddymao out of his house, and I accept that, but I didn't grief your faction. 2) I don't 'abuse'. I'm not 100% certain what you mean by that, but I'm pretty sure you're the one who abuses here. You abused the /pvp false command during combat, and the /home or /f home command during combat aswell. 3) Not everyone is complaining about me, it's just you 4 who won't let things go because you have nothing better to do with your time. 4) I don't hack, and there is no hack which gives you maxed out diamond armour. I like the point where you said 'with enchantment s like projectile protection and protection on one piece of armour'. Funny enough, I got that armour from you! So you're the one who had spawned in armour. There is also no hack which lets you open other players chests, or give yourself prot 10 leather armour. 5) I don't excessively kill, and armzngunz has confirmed what excessive killing actually is, which isn't what I do. I didn't spawn kill AmberTheFox. Just because she said I did it doesn't mean it happened. She had no actual screenshot evidence of the events which 'supposedly took place'. I have helped many newcomers with loads of things, like mining, gathering resources, ect. I have even helped 2 players who ended up reporting me for things which I didn't do, like saying awful things and excessive killing. AmberTheFox wasn't a 'victim'. She was attacking me, so I attacked her back. I've already explained this so many times I can't be bothered to fully explain it again. 6) You was being a dick to me when I came online, and even accepted an old tpa request when I was afk and tried to burn me to death with a flint and steel! So yeah, wanna talk about 'dick moves'? Just look at what you did earlier today. 7) I haven't pvp logged on the server, I am one of the people who are always enforcing this rule, in fact. Vulturboy hasn't seen me pvp log as I haven't even pvp'd him before. Another case of bullshit. 8) I haven't lied to Penquinator, nor Vultur (he's actually been lying about me), nor AmberTheFox (who is also lying about me), nor Wowman, armz and all of the other people on that list. I wasn't aware breaking a few grass blocks to protect myself from being spleefed out of his base was classed as 'grief'. As you have pointed out, I have just started this server, so yeah. I was punished for doing that, and I accept the punishment. 9) I haven't murdered anyone's animals. As you have said: 'rumour from some players I have heard this from'. I would like an example of the player/s you heard this from. 10) I'm not enemies with everyone's faction. I am enemies with quite a few factions but it's a game! Why are you taking it so seriously? It's not like I'm starting a nuclear war... 11) I'm not an abusive, immature child. You're more immature than me to be honest! Constantly posting all over the forums about me, and spreading rumours which aren't true. Instead of doing this, talk to me about it in-game. You're just hating on me still. I'm not making numerous posts about you and what you did like a week ago. I reported you for threatening to abuse commands at me when you donate. I haven't been going on about it still, it's done. I don't need to defend myself against the things you come out with now because I know that they aren't true, and that I have done nothing wrong to defend myself again. Pen, blue, give me a break I am gathering evidence and also asking others for it. You cqn ask armz for proof about grief. Blue now you are admin there is proof about excessively killing in death logs. Also ask wowman for proof , as apparently he has some as well. Vulterboy, says he has seen Zyr hacking, whether that is true or not, but I believe vult2 as he has been on the server a long time.Also hopefully I will be able to have a chat with luigi. Also about you stealing items in pvp arena read the rules. Funboy tried to get back my stuff that you stole, which is actually not allowed, and guess what u pvp toggled, you bastard. Also I tried to make up with u, until u griefed. So fuck off with me being immature, u have over 7 complaints against u |

Luigi was the one who /killed you, and in warp pvp there is nothing about giving items back that I remember. How many times do I have to explain this? It seems like whenever I explain this you just ignore it and make another complaint about me of the same incident. Just grow up. |

Zyr why dont u tell us who is your friend on the server, considering everyone commenting in all the threads is against you, but no one else has commented in favour of you. By the way as I have friends on the server, ( which I gained by helping them out by giving them armour +food after they were excessively killed by people like you. By the way I suggest you read on how to make friends, I have a feeling you (Zyr) are one lonley a-hole loner in your life). Come on get your friends to back you up, you said you would. |

I'm Zyr's friend, though, I'm not really apart of this argument. If Zyr has been punshed, which from what I can gather, he has been, then you should just drop the argument, Zyr, the mature thing to do now would be to just ignore Darkexpress. Try to follow the rules and help people out, even if it costs you diamonds, friends are worth more than anything on the server, and real life :) |
