This is going to be a long essay


I see that this is not being dealt with at all. I am directing this to Luigi because I belive if I do so maybe the mods will actually think about taking action against the player Zyr.


First off I need to say I am utterly disgraced that this has not been dealt with yet and that no moderator has replied to it leaving any type of appropriate resolutions and I feel as though its unfair on the victims that have suffered Zyr's cockyness, rudeness, bullying and rule-breaking.

The player has recived 5 complaints against him in the space of a week, this being the 5th. Now, that's saying something. I mean, who else has ever recived this amount of complaints in the space of a week and a half? It's a disgrace and its totally unacceptable.

The most serious complaints are>


1. Grief. He was banned for 3 days for griefing 58 blocks.
If you grief more than 6 blocks its a perm-ban. Whether the blocks were valuable or not, that rule should be enforced. It was 58 blocks on someones house, who by the way is an active player.

2. Disrespect and bullying.
This is a very serious rule to break.
Not only is he rude and hateful on the server, he is also rude on the forums.
Using frases and insults such as dont talk bullshit on the forums. Asshole, cunt,etc. I can most likely give evidence to some of this and so can other players.

3. PVP logging
I dont need to explain this, a rule he is always enforcing on others but not himself.

4. Tp killing?
Multiple of the complaints against him say that he tp kills. I know he is a citizen and does not have the permission but I assure you there are alternatives, such as mods, hacks, etc.

5. Excessive killing
He admits to it, killing Amber 3 or 4 times.
I have also seen him kill the same person multiple times as they are doing /back to collect their items.

Here are some of the complaints filed against the player Zyr.

Zyr is up to it again, this time hes saying "im not giving you your stuff back, its mine now"

hes also making fun of what i had.

i also want to point out that it wasnt /tp and he definately didnt /tpa

someone has told me hes hacked before and i think that may be true as he 1shots me with a sword, i have no idea how he managed to even get full diamond in just this amount of time being on the server.

Continuing from my first post he his still being abusive and getting on the wrong side of staff and players. He recieved a 2 day ban for griefing but he should be perm banned. There are over 7 compaints about him with over 20 players wanting him banned.

1) he griefs, you cant argue he griefed my faction

2) abuses, he abuse almost everyone apart from himself

3) EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT HIM

4) Hacking, vulterboy and teddy have said they have seen him hacking, with perfect maxed out armour, with enchantment s like projectile protection and protection on one piece of armour. Impossible in survival. I also have the suspicion he hacked my chests and placed protection 10 leather armour to get me banned. I gave this to MLGSNIPER the donator to give to staff to find out who made it.

5) excessively killing people and newcomers, wowman and I have seen this. Victims fox and every newcomer

6) being a absolute dick

7) pvp logging, I have seen this and so has vulterboy.

8) lying Pen, Vulter, Fox, teddy , wowman , armz, staff, player. He has lied to everyone, including himself.

9) murdering animals, rumour from some players I have heard this from.

10) being enemies with everyones faction, ok this is pushing the limit.

11) being an abusive immature child. He also rubs in everything he does.

I shall not add his 1st complaint, as this is his second.

A short list of players who want him banned, I am sure these are not all of them.

Also a few staff members of whom I shall not name due to obious reasons.




Luigi, please take action against him. He should be banned for griefing 58 blocks, thats without adding all the rest he has done.

58 blocks osnt ANYWHERE near enough to permit a perm ban. Plus wanting a player banned just because he annoys you will do nothing. If staff sees that he is doing wrong he will be pu ished, otehrwise your just wasting yours and my time because i have to read all that.

Oh please shut the fuck up now. Honestly, how many of these pointless posts are you going to make? Whenever I reply to these points, you just completely ignore them and make another god damn report. I haven't seen you on the server for a long time, so everything you're hearing is what other people are saying, which is very unreliable. Go get some fucking evidence then make another report. Honestly, I'm cool with darkexpress_ now and its pretty much only YOU who is causing the problems here.

You're wasting everyone's time with your long, pointless reports. If you don't like me - don't talk to me. Simple as that. Do I need to mention that after 3 days playing on the server you had a huge temper tantrum about something which wasn't even directed to you. From my point of view it seems likes you just want to get EVERYONE on the server banned. When I reported darkexpress_, you sided with me. When darkexpress_ reported me, you sided with him, even after me doing nothing to you whatsoever. You have no life. How many reports do you have to make before you realize they are doing NOTHING without evidence? Go get something better to do than hate on me on the forums. I'm going to leave you with a question, Wowman. What did I do on the server to you?

Blueroon its not because he annoys me its because he breaks rules, obiously you didnt read the report properly.


I am going to get as much proof together as I possibly can to get him punished. He is a troublemaker and NOT somebody we want on the server, even after KG warned him, saying we should ignore eachother he continued to message me on the forums, privately.


Also, I am making a report Zyr, Its not causing a problem its me trying to end the problem. What about Amber? Dublin? Vultur?

And also I have seen it myself, I will get some fucking evidence, and when I do so I will get justice for all of the victims of your crimes.

Also, your disgraceful language will not help you.

Luigi, tell me your thoughts.


P.S Blue, your basically saying that griefing 58 blocks is allowed, You should not be condoning such an act.

Ok once again I did not want to comment but , Zyr we might be cool for now, but I will call it more of a nuetral friendship. I stil, hold my grudges against you but I just wanted whatever anyone has against Zyr including me to only be on the forums as its unfair on others trying to like the server we a bickering on. Zyr I have my suspicions about you but will hold them back slightly while I am building a industrial complex to help make resources for others on the server, this should be finished in 1 week max 2. Zyr just try to get along with a few more people, the accusations against you are big and nlt in shortsupply. Wowman and I have been friends for like 3 or 4 months. I really am tired of bickering, but I will not forget this definitely, I need what you could call leave from this argument

For the record I have never seen darkexpress_ (in person and I only found out today that darkexpress_ is actually sir_dark) and I have never seen Zyr doing any of the accusations in you're essay above. I know there are numerous complaints about Zyr but I have not seen much proof for the above accusations. Since I have not personally witnessed any of the above I shall neither support or deny these claims. I would not like Zyr banned as he is a reliable friend that helped me when I needed it most (the tullytuffy incident). Therefore I shall defend him until I see EXTREME evidence that is inexcusable and requires punishment. As I said before I never saw darkexpress_ doing anything so I shall sit this argument out. I am your ally wow man but I do not approve your claims.
I hope this issue is cleared up and things soon go back to normal.
Zyr if you have done any of the above,stop because it will only end badly for you. You are already skating on thin ice so far and I would hate it if you were banned as you are a good friend. Just lay low and hope that this blows over in a couple months. Don't do anything that could give haters solid evidence. It only takes a minute to get banned.

I know this is off topic but when next month rolls around and you unclaime my shop for a restock and a price change, could you not reclaim it? There is not much really to steal and I swear to god I will bring hell and a half down on the half wit dumb enough to suffer the wrath of DublinDevil. The person that griefs it will pay dearly. Since I have warned them and we have /co could you not reclaim it. Lots of people are turning away from my shop because the prices are too high and I can't change them.
