http://postimg.org/image/3toz6dp3n/I found this. I think the screenshot describes what has happened. I looked at the logs of chest transactions and found woman and dub took 50% of the stuff in there. I don't see how this is right, The player who previously owned that chest and the items in there worked for them items right? and now he's been robbed. I'm pretty sure that counts as stealing. KG I dont even know what to say .,. |

At the time I heard the owner of the land was Idventure and he gave them permission to have that land. I later on found out that the land was owned by Swag. I do apologise fully for unlocking the chests, I assumed that stuff was abandoned and I was in a hurry at the time. |

OK I venture gave us FULL perms to claim it and take down the dome (the beginings of one). He even unclaimed the land for us and we have screens of us asking him if we can have the island and him saying yes. He never really said anything about swag but he said he would leave the chests of shtuff for her. We got Evans to unlock them so we could build on the island and we were not expecting the loot. We just wanted the chests gone but since they left the island Evans said we could keep the stuff. Wow even asked KG about want to do if I'd wanted his stuff back.What do you guys think the best course of action is as we thought venture packed his shit and flew. We mainly wanted the chests gone as they were hindering a bridge but as you said we thought that they were abandoned by venture. Apologies -Dub |

If there are valuable items in the chest, it cannot be unlocked unless there is proof the owner has abandoned them. This verification can come from a variety of factors such as:- how long the user has been offline - where their home is set - what faction they are in - if they are in another faction, or if their main home is there - if they have more valuables elsewhere and wouldn't require the ones in the chest Chests belonging to other people with no items in them (or items of very low value) can usually be unlocked without a fuss, however there still needs to be a valid reason provided to want someone else's chests unlocked. The player should first contact the owner of the chests before turning to staff to have them unlocked. |

Luigi, please recognize this mistake is not on my part, evans was the one who unlocked the chest, I can even give you screenshot evidence of me telling him they belonged to Swag. |

From what I recall you didn't mention swag's name. You mentioned that the faction owner unclaimed the land for you and gave it all to you, you then asked me to unlock the locked objects. Again I was rushed and was under the delusion that the owner gave you the permission to have all that was there.If this was not the case then it should be rolled back and given to the previous owner. I do once again apologise for any inconvenience. |

And remember, the land was given to him because the faction's owner was scared of wowman because of his threatening to kill and the siege. This is bullying and has been part of wowman's streak of extreme douchebaggery. |
