I didn't lie to evans, I told evans that they belonged to Swag, and he said it didn't matter, the land belonged to Idventure so its fine. Theres also a picture where I ask if I can have the island, (I asked idventure, the fac owner), and said Yes. Also, In case swag brings it up. I took down 2 of her glass walls, which I also got permission from Idventure to do. There you go guys, I am not going to PVP anymore, I don't siege all the time, this is the first & last time I have done something like this. Regardless of whether Evans gave you permission to take the land or the items in the chests, you were the one who carried out the actions. Although it may be partly Evans' fault as he is a staff member, that doesn't remove all blame from yourself.Just because Idventure owned the faction, doesn't mean he owns everything inside it. If Swag built the glass walls, they were hers, and therefore it still counts as griefing, regardless of whether Evans or Idventure or anyone told you you could do it. No one has the authority to override the rules. Furthermore, the screenshot penquinator provided (http://webbcraft.co.uk/upload/uploads/screenshot_18.jpg) shows clear evidence of you breaking rule 3 in the most severe manner. That last sign is very disturbing, first you tell her to "rest in peace", a connotation for death, and then say how she's not welcome on the server anymore. That's truly the most appalling part of this whole ordeal. |

Guys, I spoke to Luigi in-game about this and he thought the R.I.P meant I was wishing her dead, Its not the case, I put it there as a "grave", I wasn't wishing her dead, I put it there because I killed her in-game. |
