I'm just trying to use the shops and I'm being completely ignored by online staff. I can't even get a simple answer (or any answer for that matter) on how to become a citizen. What exactly is the point of shops on a server if we cannot use them? Why appoint people as moderators if they aren't helping the users? |

If you had actually read the rules you would have known.Go to spawn and read all the rules, I am not going to awnser you as it is the players duty to read the rules. |

Found on upper level: "You will get citizen when you start as a Default rank, you will be promo by staff"So it seems like asking staff to do it is pretty reasonable. Not sure what the problem here is. By the way, that is nowhere near the rules at spawn nor is it mentioned under the /rules or /help commands. Furthermore, it appears the community is apparently interested in internet snark as opposed to a genuine desire to grow the player base, as evidenced above. At any rate, an argument is pointless. I won't be staying. I will only suggest a careful reading and revision of rules and help pages for clarity. There are servers willing to take my time and money, I'll go there instead. Best of luck with the new server. |

Its not new :P.When you ask for the promotion, staff shall give it to you. You have to read the rules and you will find out. Then you have things such as /back, permission to purchase and to sell, etc. We have a wonderful server, everybody is everyone's friend and we all try our best to help, most of the staffs time is dedicated to fellow players such as you and myself, so I am sure when you ask for the promo you will instantly get it.
