A former faction member _Xarisk_ joined Killkitty8's faction, he was so proud of the items he had been given by Killkitty and Robogirl from gamemode 1.He had been given stacks of diamond blocks, opish armor and tools, and everything he wanted. He was bribed out of my faction and into theirs, by giving him everything he wanted. I made xarisk burn the items, he accepted this as he knew he could be punished, but this isn't the first time these two have given out items, I don't have proof of her doing it directly, but I have screenshots of her admitting it which you can find at the following link: http://imgur.com/a/SkyMB She was begging me not to report her and to give her a chance, I said admit it, and she said I did. However, the "I did" could mean one of two things. -I did: admit it, (I already admitted it) or -I did: Give out spawned items, (I did give out spawned items). Either way, she is guilty of handing out spawned in items to countless players, including everyone in her faction. I am not the one to give punishments, but this does deserve a demote/removing permissions of /I, /give and /gamemode, as it is not the first time she has done such crimes, and she is aware that is against the rules. I doubt she'd been banned perma for this, probably for another reason. if she was banned for this then that's highly un-fair, breaking THIS rule should ONLY result in a jail, demotion or TEMP ban. |
