Staff Issues.

This has been REALLY bugging me because of the things I wanna get out my chest, It has changed my behavior it's SO BAD! Im gonna talk about STAFF ISSUES *game show music*

Firstly, its their ls their lack of understanding, they have never looked at the stages of banning, Like BlueRoon for example! He always perm bans and never temp bans and as the Staff Rules state, you have to warn, temp ban then perm ban, I was banned for Not answering a staff and Perm Banned for Advertising to a friend in MSG, which was clearly falsely accused. Me, being on Mush for YEARS I have seen the staff quality go down. Before, all the staff were friendly, knew how to use stuff and never gave away free stuff *ahem* I'm talking to you, DONATOR!

Secondly is their lack of reliability. So its like Agar.io, a mod app starts small and it gets bigger. A staff member is someone who has a lot of +1s from the random community, its never the staff who pick. Its ALWAYS the people. Some just want mod for power and some should NEVER get it. The main problem is that they are never properly trained, to be a mod you have to get some knowledge about how to take people down, The new staff should be trained by admins. So when you get griefed, the staff don't say 'idk how to use Core Protect :P' There should be a new voting system so only Members + vote and When you get 4 Admin votes you get mod.

Finally - What THEY can do to improve. Staff are always the people you need most - but aren't there. They are always offline doing something else. Which is good... but not good for players. Staff are always in the one time zone, we need different people to serve the players all around the globe. Not just some people in Aus and some people in Merica And a few Euros. Another thing is their misunderstanding, again, They should be properly trained by admins so they ACTUALLY know what they applied to. See the next part in my next thread, Donation Issues.

I couldnt agree more with point 3.

I am Australian, and even though the majority of staff is Australian, 90% of the time I am on the server NO staff are on.

Ill start on the donators:

Why are the donators tping without permission, refusing to leave, tp killing, trolling, etc?

Maybe this is why:

-They are "Bored"
-They didnt know it was prohibited.
-They forgot to read the donator rules.

HERES WHY, All of these are false excuses:

-At Spawn, The donator Rules are literally staring you in the eyes.
-You are reminded to read the donator rules when you donate.
-It is common sense to know that you have to follow the normal rules too.
