I was recently unbanned from the server after a number of months.When i came back after this time, it seemed my donator rank had been removed. I would understand why if i had been banned for donator command abuse, however, the reason i was banned had nothing to do with my rank. I asked Blue about it this morning but i didn't want to start an argument, so i left it to put it on here. |

What do you mean start an arguement? There wouldve been no arguement, the reason you lost your rank (from my view) is because luigi didnt even want you unbanned but inunbanned you and he took your rank as a different kind of punishment for your crime. |

You lost your rank the moment you betrayed my trust and the trust of the server. At the time, you clearly had no intention of continuing to play on the server, and with a donator rank you could have easily caused major grief, which is why it was removed.How, then, can we be sure you haven't just come back to finish off what you started? |

I fully understand your concerns Luigi, however he advertised, he didn't kill a million jews, cause a massive famine & destroy millions of buildings, didn't make people be tall, blonde with blue eyes.... |

wowman, dont compare anyone to Hitler.also, I do understand where you are coming from, however, i believe that I have taken my punishment, made an appeal which was accepted, and began trying to rejoin your community. I therefore have a question: I have seen a number of ban appeals from people who have ranks. There is one case in particular (i will not mention names for obvious reasons) where the player was banned and accused of being in league with a hacker. This player has since been un-banned, however they have retained their donator rank. I would therefore like to know why my situation, where i impulsively advertised, which i must say, i did regret, is any worse than the situation i have explained witnessing. |

The player I believe you are referring to did not harm the server (break rules) directly, only indirectly through conspiracy with a griefer/hacker. In other cases donator ranks have been reinstated to those who proved themselves to be trustworthy again. |

I can personally vouch that ElfMajorFalcon is a good player with good intentions in mind, and i am certain he will not repeat his actions nore carry out more serious ones. |
