I'm not clear on one thing.According to blueroon, smiting people who are refusing to leave your property is against the rules. According to armz it's perfectly legal, if someone Is refusing to leave your land then you can remove them by any means. Because of this, I smited a trespasser after warning him four times, and I did tell blueroon that he was refusing to leave but I didn't get a response, so I took matters into my own home and smited him once, then he came back in, so I smited him to death. I don't believe its my fault as A. Blueroon told me it was against the rules AFTER I did it. B. Armzgunz said it was a perfectly legal thing to do IF they are trespassing & refusing to leave. Because of this, I've been permanently banned.. |

Just a quick correction, only one member of staff is misleading me and I don't know who it is. |

Well, Blueroon I genuinely believed that there was an exception if someone is refusing to leave your property. If I was told by the HEAD ADMIN that something is legal, I am going to believe its legal, I don't believe this is at all my fault, only mistaken staff members. Please consider my unban. |

There is no exception ever to abuse your powers you have just because your donated. You do not take matters into your own hands, well i guess you wont anymore. |

Blueroon, I was asking for your assistance and I was being ignored, I was made to believe it wasn't abuse as I was removing a trespasser. How is It fair that I'm banned by listening to the head-admin? I was told it was legal to smite someone if they were refusing to leave your property. |

Blue stays an admin, he does his job well. The problem isn't Blue, it's you Wowman. You're the one causing everything and making a bigger deal of pretty much every disagreement. ~Lerz |

I have actually had a similar experience with this. A player (which will remain anonymous) was in the MagicianShop and was buying all my book and quills (cheapest on the server, mind you). I told him to stop and I restocked the chest. Then I asked him to leave multiple times. He didn't leave and I told a staff member. They did nothing and he began to taunt me, literally saying "Try and kill me". He had his PvP off and the only way I could have removed him was via smite (I am NOT spleefing my shop). He came back and was extremely rude, demanding his items back (he had nothing valuable besides near-broke iron armor). The items were destroyed in the smiting, so I replaced his gear with better gear. He said "Thanks" and "No hard feelings" and left (finally). He afterwards went on to complain to staff about me abusing smite. I did not get in trouble for this. I don't think Wowman should either. |

Actually. I did see BlueRoon say to me that it IS perfectly legal to smite someone to death if they tresspass and that it's getting to abuse your powers without getting in trouble. It is legal. <3 ~Clock xx |

Ahem, I shall clarify. I think that if you have a player, on your land, you can kill him to get him to leave, if he has pvp off and keeps annoying you, you obviously can't kill him since his pvp is off, so he just keeps bothering you, which I think is an abuse of the /pvp command, using it to bother people. So when it goes that far, that you use /smite to kill someone for doing that, I can understand why, even though it is pretty extreme, since that person who were on your land was actually abusing his/her /pvp command. |
