Some ranks are to op and defeat the aspect of survival.can we take out some commands like /i or gmc or create a creative world?because I'm stuck between people getting the resources maunally to make some cool house out of stone and wood and someone who can build Diamond mansions. |

/gmc has been introduced to fulfil Donator+'s wants for what they rightfully paid for, but not so much that it is obviously not survival (Builds). Creative in the new world does not allow players to place valuble items such as diamond, iron, gold, emerald or even coal blocks for that matter (etc.) you can't use containers either, to prevent transfer. Creative is now solely for build purposes only, hope this cleared the subject for you.~Chip |

Chip pretty much said what I would have said, however Donators do not have /i or /give. We used to back when creative wasn't build-only. In the new world both of those commands would be too overpowered. And Idventure, I can build you a castle, as long as I get payment and it isn't something ridiculous like Peach's Castle from Mario. |

Lucky - I can tell you that I made much the same request, as a donator, on the last map. I created a giant (80x80) mansion. I finished the whole thing in Survival mode. Not sure how long it took me, but I'm guessing several months.Three days afterwards the new map was introduced. Oops. That's not an exaggeration, by the way. Right now I'm working on something that I hope will make a big impact on the server and its community. It's something that I can't do without "creative" mode because it would just take too long (years, probably) to get all the materials. Hell, some of them are completely inaccessible without "creative". I'd like a chance to do this, which is basically something I've had in mind since I started playing MC years ago, still taking advantage of the community we have here. I can't do that without "creative". My objection to "creative" wasn't that it was OP, by the way; it was that someone used it (specifically thousands of mob spawn eggs) to grief me. That's never happened on this new map. |
