I am XxCrazyCowxX and I abused my Donator privileges by trying to give someone diamonds. I was demoted to VIP without the chance of getting repromoted. I think that is unfair because I donated $36 to this server, and I should get what I paid for. I think that I should get a temp-demotion for a couple days or a week for my actions. I realise I have done wrong, but I believe that I should get a second chance and get my Donator rank back |

No, it's fair.Because of you, people can no longer access diamonds from GMC. Also, you didn't purchase the rank, you donated & received the rank as a thank you, then you abused is SEVERELY and that's what you get. Luigi isn't obliged to return your rank since it wasn't a purchase, it was a donation. |

No, there is clear rules at spawn (rule 7) which makes it very clear what you did was illegal, no KillKitty was permalently banned for it and to make it fair, you were given a choice ban or demotion, you picked demotion so stop whining. You donated and was rewarded, you have absolutely NO RIGHT at all to keep your rank if you abuse it, it is a privledge to have it. |

Im going to say no...but why were others who behaved and continue to recklessly on this very server still have their perks is my question...This is clearly questionable - as Staff you guys know exactly the people im talking about as i will not mention names... Total hypocracy on these player who have always and even now judge others harshly..... |

Monkey,The people you speak of still have their perks because of Luigi. Only luigi can demote someone. I don't think it's fair you blame staff. Also 75% of the time -someone- unbans the players that should stay banned. |

let alone the set of donater rules. you ruined the server badly for many donators who wanna decorate and cant. didnt item frames even get disabled for donators? thats a serious setback, considering that donators must hire non-donators to do it for them, depending on what item they want in the frame. im not sure if this is even what happened, but thats what i heard. but seriously, you abused. |

Plus, I PAID for this. 36$ may not sound like a lot, but for my family, it is. It's just me and my mom at home as my parents are divorced, and my Dad doesn't pay for ANYTHING to help out. My mom is supporting me on her own. At the end of the month, my mom only has $30 left over, so it took her two months to get the money to pay for it. |

@Penq- Staff is responsible for punishment ..thats why im questioning punishment in this case....My point is why even bother removing their perks if at some point they will get it back---In no way did i blame Staff of any wrong doings or even blame them for restoring perks... My question remains the same and unanswered.... |

Monkey, I won't be able to get my perks back, or be unbanned. I think that removing someone's perks will teach them a lesson, and then after X number of days/weeks, you give them back. Then if they do it again, perm ban them. |

@IHazz, you should donate because you want to help the server. With your attitude I wouldn't have given you gmc rights in the first place.Giving creative items to players completely ruins the economy and fun for others. You knew donator rules and you broke them. You deserved the demotion. Also, if you mean you paid for gmc and donator, then just NO. You didn't buy Donator, or GMC along with it. You donated to the server and as a gift you get said perks. It's in the name D-o-n-a-t-o-r. However if you mean that you paid with your own money then all I can say is that you should've been more careful. However my heart does feel for you and I think you in a long,long, long ass time could get builder rank. WITHOUT GMC. -Penq |

@Penq I did want to help the server when I bought it, and still do. But because of my financial situation, I wouldnt've donated if there wasn't any perks because that would be my only thing to get for two months. So I wouldn't get anything for two months. I did it so it is the thing I would get for those months, and now I just lost it. Put yourself in my boots. You wouldn't like that the staff isn't forgiving you, or giving you a second chance, especially when you knew you messed up. You paid to help the server, and then you messed up and lost the only small extra thing you will get for a long time. You wouldn't like that. |

I seriously doubt you're getting unbanned. Reasons:All staff comments, that includes me blue and Lerz, have been negative towards you. The only way to get unbanned is either being +1'd by a staff member, having multiple defenses/+1's to get you unbanned or that Luigi forgives you and unbans him yourself. Luigi has most likely seen this. You're not unbanned therefor I don't think he will. |
