I have the screenshots and log of the conversation.Short story, Blueroon picked a fight with me on the server. I had no interaction with him prior to the incident. He very rudely told me to stop saying things on the forums. I told him to take it to the forums. He was very aggressive towards me about not saying anything and belittling the time I have been on the server. I told him that if I am in violation of the rules, he has the authority and the responsibility to stop me from violating the rules, otherwise, he should leave me alone to play on the server and take it to the forums. He then muted me for 24 hours. I want to know where I have been in violation of the rules. Now... for what cause did Blueroon have to pick this fight with me over the server instead of the forum? Where was I in violation of the rules? If I was in violation of the rules for forum activity, why did Blueroon not make an issue of it ON THE FORUM relevant to what I posted? If Blueroon is upset with false accusations, where are they false? Or should I go ahead and dig up the logs I have of where Blue stated what it was Blueroon did in his own words? Logs are a very handy things to have, as you can see. EVERYONE should keep logs and know how and when to use them. If the Blueroon's accusations of Blueroon for are true, and if in other logs I have Blueroon's verbal abuse of other players on the server as well as in the forums, does this not indicate Blueroon has a problem that needs to be dealt with in an appropriate manner? If my reaction to Blueroon picking a fight with me for no apparent reason is appropriate, and muting me for 24 hours on the server is appropriate, is it not then appropriate I make sure links to my comments on the forum here, as well as copies of my logs of Blueroon's behavior and attitude towards players on the server are well documented on the Minecraft forum so all the potential Webbcraft SMP players are aware of how this server is managed? After all, if they do not approve of how this server is being manged, it would be appropriate they stay far, far away from here so as not to upset Blueroon into picking fights with them. |

Blueroon doesn't like the fact that you were right & complained about him on the forums, therefor he's now biased and will probably ban you for saying "Hi", take it from me. Such a hypocrite, "fucknuts" he says to people on the forums, "cunts" in-game, yet he bans me for saying the F word to often. +1 to a demotion & mute. +1 for you to get unmuted. |

He was upset with my judgement of his "staffing". It would appear he was upset, as he corrected this on his next line, so I wouldn't suggest focusing on a flubbed line in the heat of the moment. It should be noted I flubbed a bit when posting.My question is to know what of the rules I violated to where he felt he had to use his power and authority as staff to mute me to protect the server. The "language", unfortunately, falls under "excessive" which can mean anything from "baby's first words": Fork! Fork! Fork yew! Fork yew bits! Fork Fork!" to "This word offends me, so I find its use 'excessive' ". Until Luigi pins that rule on some EXTERNAL standard like a PEGI or US Moving rating that people can hang their hats on it, language will always fall to, "When *I* do it, it's acceptable. When YOU do it (and if you were someone I didn't like) it is UNacceptable." That is just how stupid that particular rule is, in my opinion. |

If it was a mail on the server, I didn't get it because I have not logged in. And that still does not answer the question:What server rules did I violate you felt it necessary and appropriate to mute me on the server? In my opinion, it does. I want Luigi's opinion, and if he considers it abusive, I want to know what changes he has in mind to prevent that behavior in the future. Until then, I am not clear WebbCraft SMB is a server I should be playing on or inviting my sister to. Once we get this situation cleared up, then I can decide to return to the server and bring others in rather than setting up the public links to explain why it is people like me ought to stay far, far away from here. |

If 48 hrs isn't enough time to get a response from Luigi on a logged accusation of abuse from his staff, perhaps it is time to discuss Blueroon's activities on MineCraftForum for potential WebbCraft SMB players to know specific logged allegations of against staff of abuse go unanswered. It would also be an excellent place to look for a server that doesn't tolerate petty godlings on their staff. By the way, Blueroon, it isn't an assumption if I have you logged for what you say in your own words as well as those things you did. |

I completely agree with you Romaq.What are you playing at Luigi? I'm sorry, but I can no longer bite my tongue. It is absolutely disgraceful that you let behaviour like this go on, ESPECIALLY by a staff member. He's been abusing for months, he's immature, etc, why the hell is he still a member of staff? Honestly, I am losing faith in YOU Luigi, and nearly ALL of your staff. Now that it's all out, just in case you don't have facebook, check out the article written for Webbcraft News: HOT TOPIC! Is LuigiOfTheBakery a good owner? We will talk about his upsides and downsides. We have been wanting to talk about this topic for a long while, but we have never believed it was a good time. Luigi is a funny guy, we can safely say that, but over the course of the last 9 months, personally, I think he can do a lot better. For one, he's inactive, he doesn't play often, therefor he doesn't know what goes on, when he is on, he's unresponsive, (EXTREMELY unresponsive) & AFK a lot. Another thing is he doesn't deal with things, it took him weeks to respond to a ban appeal, he doesn't deal with blueroon correctly, he promotes the wrong people much too often, (Blueroon, KGEvans, Saraku, etc, all just some of the many I'm talking about) He's not careful when it comes to promotion, he hires the abusive & inactive. (Faster, Lifoo, Tones, Tyran, Lizard_Rag,Crafty, many many more), and out of all of these, only one has been demoted. Now don't get me wrong, he's hired a few good/decent moderators/admins, such as ArmzGunz, James, etc, but 2 or 3 good members of staff isn't good enough, especially with Armz who is currently inactive due to holidays. If Luigi is being personally attacked, it isn't appropriate, and he should not be in the position of having to be defensive.I simply want to know what rules I violated that Blueroon felt it necessary and appropriate for him to mute me. If no rules were broken and Blueroon violated me for spite, Blueroon is guilty of abuse of his power as staff. I believe others and myself have presented evidence that this is an ongoing situation with Blueroon. I want Luigi to comment if, in his view, Blueroon is guilty of abusing his staff privileges, if Blueroon is in violation of server policies, and what (if anything) will be done by Luigi to discourage or prevent this behavior by Blueroon. I do not believe Luigi should be the focus, as such, but that Luigi simply needs to address this ongoing situation in a timely manner. |

I'd prefer not leaving the investment of my time in WebbCraft, but I'm not interested in having to deal with petty godlings with aspirations of adequacy. There's what, 6000 other Minecraft servers? I'm sure there's a few that hold their staff accountable to a higher standard than the players, in addition to enforcing their own policies on staff. Pity, it appears WebbCraft is not one of those servers. |

This behavior puts into question the many times Idventure aka Rift got hit with punishment....Was he provoked? Sorry but i have lost all respect and confidence in Blue's capabilities to judge properly any situation...it's unsettling and its why i have set a recording system for my time on mushroom co...this way i will record it and file it on complaints in case some people decide to be spiteful... |
