I think that this constitutes a tem-ban as he stole around 20 carts+, didn't pay around 2000 in tickets & trespassed. According to Luigi, it breaks multiple rules: "I'm sure the staff will be happy to enforce this. Armz said you can do whatever you want to get someone out of your land if they don't have permission to be there. I'm not sure if this constitutes punishment from staff, however considering all the time and effort you put into creating the halloween town I would also consider it stealing if someone was to enter without paying for a ticket. In terms of the actual written rules, it would be in between rules 3 & 4, and also within the underlying rules of being respectful, ethical and using common sense". I admitted to moderators, admins, donators, etc that I broke in to your theme park Wowman. I wanted everyone to know what I did because It wasn't right. I was willing to take any punishment given by them which is way I am jailed for twenty minutes now, this didn't need to be taken as far as me being tembanned, which I told you multiple times through our little chats about the situation. In chat you kept on saying you has actual witnesses who saw me stealing mine carts, which I told you million times (hyperbole) that I didn't steal any of your mine carts, I don't even need them. So where is your evidence that I stole any mine carts? I also wasn't the only player in your park at 9 o'clock pm. There were 2 others I think one of them had a cake skin and his name started with D, but I have no actual proof. However I didn't steal any of you merchandise at your theme park. - Nabuyuki |

Yes, DoctorWhowian who was working there, and abandonedghost, who had permission to be there.You admitted to stealing them, I believe tempban is necessary. It's theft! Not only for stealing minecarts, but for stealing money by not paying tickets! |

Yes they were at the theme park I believe, but witnesses aren't valid proof that they saw me a the theme park stealing mine carts, and I even think they never said I stole any mine carts, I bet they just said they saw me at the theme park. Dafuq you say about me "admitting to stealing them", where is your proof that I ever said such thing about stealing the mine carts. I only admitted to breaking in. You need to get actual proof such as screenshots of me doing a certain action or saying something until what you're saying to be real proof. |

I don't think a temp-ban is warranted.yes it is stealing, it was also only 20 minecarts, and even at that, there is no proof nor could proof be gathered. your point on not paying for the rides has more ethical value than the stealing, except you didn't gain nor lose anything by him riding there. if Fury hadn't of admitted it you'd be happy on your merry way. building off of his admission, this considerably reduces his punishment level/time. To this I conclude that the 20 minute jail justified his actions. |
