I have recently banned for griefing, and I don't know what I actually griefed. So I would like DCthantos to have a further investigation on my ban. That day I was harassing GinnyKS by chasing her around with fire and attempting to kill her. I was harassing GinnyKS because she threw four diamonds I gave her into a pit of lava, so that was the reason. So after like 45 minutes of doing that faction leader Vultur boy got online, and witnessed my harassing GinnyKS. He then kicked me from the faction, which I guess I truly deserved. Then DCthantos feels the need to get into the situation when everything has been resolved. He asked in chat "Do I need to punish", "What happened", "There will be consequences". So then he felt the need to put the situation into his own hands by temp banning me for three days. So that was that I then I got a message from vulture on Skype that my ban was now a perma ban. This is were the confusion started I'm not sure what I griefed that deserved a perm ban all i know is that DCthantos said something about a 600 block grief. Ya um I'm not sure what I griefed but to settle the confusion that day I was blowing up a mountain to make it easier to get around vulturs faction. So if that was the reason unban me, lol. If that wasn't not the reason well this is why I made this post tell me what I griefed. Oh... James was apart of this? I'd also like some feed back from him about the ban also.

I was talking to DC via private messaging, and he was talking in public chat, so that might be why there is confusion around DC's interference. I had asked him to roll back the hole, as you only said it was a hole and nothing more until today. If you want to get around the faction faster, then you can either use ./f home to get to the central part or walk. It doesn't take that long. The hole wasn't necessary.

I don't think you should. You did it without my permission and it was obviously not for faster travel. You don't make a hole going DOWN to get to a different part of the faction that is on the same y-axis level.

The only thing you were upset about was how my tunnel interfered with your faction storage.You can't say that I'm lying when you don't even know why I did since you're not me. My tunnel didn't go down it went up... so I could get in the hub of the faction since there was a small hill in my way. Wait... I even told you it was for getting around quicker in your faction, why didn't you do anything when I got a perma ban for grief when you knew that it wasn't meant to be grief?

It went down and to the left, which is towards below the tree farm. And you should have known that you could have used /f home for the same effect.

This ban was unfair, I made a huge tunnel going in different directions so I could get to places much easier, and I was banned. This is totally unfair! No one was even building on the land that I blew up, and it was underground so no one could've seen it. Now Vultur says my hole wasn't necessary, well I'm sorry. DC just bans me, you could've just said this wasn't necessary and wen't along with your day. The only reason that was necessary for a TEMP ban was how I was harassing GinnyKS for a good 45. Minute she did deserve what she got by throwing my diamonds in lave, I'm sorry for all what I've done to Vultur and Ginny.

DC is aware of this, and Ginny was punished by me as well. You, on the other hand, did more than just grief. I specifically told you to stop harassing Ginny and you do it again, trying to blow her up with TNT. And like I said, you should have known that you could use ./f home to get to the main faction hub. The hole was unnecessary.

This is bull shit. I didn't fucking grief, I blew up a hole in a hill that wasn't bothering anyone. I fucking know I blew GinnyKS, I admitted to it in my previous comments. You keeps on saying "I should've known that you could use /f home to get to the main faction hub" well oops I was obviously not thinking about that as I was making a hole. This didn't deserve a perm ban, I wouldn't hurt your faction in anyway. No one was even building on the land that I blew up. This is fucking ridiculous.

luigi, you understand that the grief was 700+ blocks, in a faction that is very strict, james confirmed this by rolling it back, so I am concerned as to why he wasn't at least kept temp banned or jailed or something to keep up with the punishment he still owes, 700 blocks is still quite alot, plus he was trying to abusively kill with tnt and blow up Ginny's stuff .-.

I was making a tunnel that wasn't supposed to be seen by most, stop making it seem as if I actually griefed a building or just set a load of TNT that was unnecessary which in my case was necessary so It could set networks of tunnels going from one place to another much easier. Secondly I'm truly sorry for what I did to GinnyKS however harassing her was kind of fun... I don't need a temp ban nor a jail I think my two week ban could be called a temp ban. Thirdly you always don't have to put '-DC'...

Fury, please don't tell me what to and not to do, I have been doing the "-DC" since I started the server, which was a Loooooong while ago, nearly a year, etc etc etc. It hurts no one, it may annoy you, but no one else but you has complained about it, abusive killing is not tolerated point blank, and nod don't admit it, it makes you look like a sick in the head person. and Lastly did you get permission from vultur before you did it?
