Should Cloudy Get His Donator rank back?

Hey everyone! Cloudy here, I just wanted people to vote if I should get my donator rank back cause I know that I should not have abused my powers, when my haters came on a server to spam me constantly! +1. only because i was there HELPING him kill those buggers when he lost donator,(except i used a sword, and not smite) and so i understand exactly why hed be a bit upset on this. those guys were spamming him, and me, cussing in msg, and a bunch of other stuff i cant remember anymore. smiting guys like that when they were gonna be jailed, muted, or banned anyway... well to me doestn seem quite fair. i suppose thats why im not staff here, but yea. id say at least give him builder or something.

Smite doesn't stop spam. He had /ignore as a donator.

As donator you can /tptoggle which stops tpa requests from being sent and also, like wowman said you had /ignore. There was ways around doing what you did cloudy.

What im saying is, removing a rank he payed 30 USD for seems a bit much for this. If he had done it to a regular player without reason or cause, ok.
but guys like that, smiting them shouldnt be a loss of rank. Just saying.

After reading these comments and looking at Cloudy's history I feel that he does infact deserve his rank back however remove the commands he can possibly use to annoy/harm players on the server. This could mean taking away his /tp & /smite commands.

Cloudy, streaming people or video recording them without their consent is a huge privacy breaker. There is not other way to avoid being 'recorded' apart from not playing. This could mean you are decreasing the amount of players on the server. I am also going to tell you that every single player on the server is important. If a player quits it usually means there's something either wrong with the server or their own person problem. If YOU are the cause of players potentially leaving I see no other way to solve that apart from either removing the source ( you ) or taking away your rank again.

If you want to record someone atleast ask if they are okay with that. If you prefer not to ask as they feel they will act differently just use your /tpa command. If they deny your request or ask you to leave you must do so.

Nice "Poem" Phoenix. Yeah I see what you are saying, but I won't abuse /tp or /smite. I just want a full power over Donator+. Everything is ok now.

Also there's nothing private about a game, and what people are doing, the server is public. People have fun, so I kind of agree with your still, but I also kind of disagree sorry.
I just thought it would be fun to like broadcast on my stream and stuff. Well ok for peeps will have problems with it then I won't do it.

Cloudy, I agree with what Phoenix is saying, and whether you know this or not, you can get sued IRL for recording people without their 100% consent, only servers full of people like minigame servers are exceptions, because there is no way around not recording them really

And never say you won't do something, because you always, and I emphasize the "always", can say you won't do something, but can end up doing it anyways, words are different from actions, and no one can predicate another persons actions, not even theirselves

That is so weird. I record Mineplex and lots of people get into it and characters are the same thing. Except they have different skins and names. There is nothing private about that sorry.

Cloudy, I'm going to be quite harsh right now. I have very little respect for you as it is already. I think, judging by your actions on this post and your inability to understand that people do NOT want to be recorded at all, and that you cannot understand the difference between 'accidently' recording players on a very populated server and purposely recording players on a fairly small server, that you are very immature.

You seemed very mature without your rank, it seemed as if you wanted it because you wanted the perks such as /gamemode creative for projects. Now, after receiving your rank I think your personality has changed. In an example this is what I see: "I won't ever do anything to ever annoy people if I get my rank back" *Gets rank back* "Hah, oh yeah by the way I'm going to record all of you secretly without your consent but it doesn't matter what yo say because I go what I want now"

Another thing, what was your comment "nice poem" about? It seemed damn rude if I'm honest.
