So this is my first complaint, I am strangely excited.I was called by Penq to hear that she would like my opinion on what to do, she told me she was in an argument with builder Ashe. She exclaimed to me that Ashe had been rude to her after she enforced rules and she retaliated by telling her to "gtfo" To me I see this as one of the two holding a grudge against each other, or Ashe trying to annoy Penq directly. Later on in this argument I see that Ashe told Penq she was a very bad mod, followed by statements such as "see you when you get demoted" "which will be soon" which I can see as being a threat. I find that statement hypocritical, considering Ashe is the one giving Penq a hard time for being a 'good' mod while enforcing the rules. There were a few petty insults involved, but nothing serious and swearing was avoided. You can call me biased considering I am very close friends with Penq but I will have to say that Ashe was indeed the start of this argument, and it could have been avoided completely by either A: Not breaking the rules in the first place or B: Not telling Penq to shut up. However, that does not mean Penq should have responded in such a way. I feel like both were being rather immature. Penq could have avoided this by either A: Not telling Ashe to "gtfo" or B: Simply muting Ashe for dis respect, whether or not that would've caused more arguments or not I am un sure of. Overall I feel like both Penq and Ashe should apologise to eachother. I would like to see in this complaint that Penq and Ashe admit that they are BOTH in the wrong and that 1, Ashe telling Penq to shut up was damn out of order and 2, Penq retaliating in such a way was also not needed. I'd like to here everyone's side of the story so, Ashe if you could please leave a comment to explain to me what happened and or why it happened that'd be great. :) -PSS |

I have had a grudge on Penq. I just her she abused and thought she was bad. When I came back and saw she was mod, I knew I wouldn't be able to stand her. I was provoked and the next thing I know people are threatening to report me.~Ashe |

How is it you were provoked?To me it seems like you provoked Penq, I'll also add that after re-joining just now you made a threat. I quote "To those who have reported me - You're next" What is it you meant by that? Do you not think it is very immature to hold a grudge on someone, and why was this grudge made? |

I have no bias in this, as I have no close relationship with either of these people but I would like to point out that maturity is a huge factor of being a mod. Huge. The fact that Penq decided, as a mod, that it was okay to retaliate like that makes me question her ability to govern properly. Ashe said things out of line, but passing a mod off because of their status is ridiculous. (i'm not saying that's what you're doing, just saying that should never happen.Both of them need to be talked to, but I strongly believe it wasn't just Ashe and I need to make one more point - Penq knew there was a grudge there. She knew that all along. I have been on this server and nobody has EVER told me not to use caps. For some reason, Penq only told ASHE to stop using them, and that seems to me like Penq knew there would be some sort of reaction. ~Babygrill |

Mumfie, I am not the same person. Sadly I cannot think of a way to prove that to you. Although, I think what you say is un fair, I don't see myself being biased in this topic at all, I've both gave reasons why they are in the wrong and what both of the players could have done to prevent this. |

Baby grill, I do agree with what you say on the term that Penq should've been mature enough to not carry on with an argument. Especially being a moderator.My opinions, slightly changed think that Penq was overall in the wrong here. In the sense that Penq is meant to supposedly be of higher maturity. |

This isn't the only time when Ashe was being rude. Today when I got online Ashe was just picking a fight with Blue for no good reason just as he joined the game. Ashe told Blue to get off his land in a very rude manner, after that they started to argue. Ashe kept on saying that BlueRoon should be banned due to his previous 'abuse'. Even if BlueRoon wasn't responding to his comments he still kept going on in till he got a reply. Ashe you really need to stop starting arguments for no reason, If you don't like a player then keep it to yourself. |

Fury, me and Blue have bad history. He made me quit Mushroom Co. so that's why I picked a fight with him. |
