I understand at the time you were frustrated, although taking attacks at the staff member that banned you, and calling them names, along with insults to my staffing methods, is not the good rout to take. what you have now done is simply get on the wrong side of me. I shall take you through what i was thinking when i banned you, then take your FAIR verdict of what else i was supposed to do. A player said you griefed their house. my initial thought was "how do you know it was cloudy" and so i tped over and saw the damage, no block data anywhere so i resorted to simply rebuilding the damage. to start with it was left at that, it couldn't be proven who it actually was. once i had seen the screenshots of your character on the TNT cannon, i hopped back onto my computer to investigate. you had previously said that you had been hacked, i checked your ip address (the one is shown where you last logged in from) but then i realised i had no other IP address to compare it to. (such as your actual IP address or the Hacker's IP address) It also crossed my mind that you promised to never mess up again, but then the memories of you ALWAYS screwing up again flooded into my thoughts. "what if he just broke his promise like he has done before?" Cloudy, with evidence of your character committing TNT grief, and no evidence to back up your claims, along with the fact you always break rules and disrespect, i didn't have much of a choice. "they have autism and shit" that offended me beyond anything else you said. i have autism you stuck up judgemental prick. you don't judge people for their mental health. you judge them for how they act! just go fuck yourself cloudy ;) you wrote on your complaints against you "YOU DUCKING NIGGERS" and "XLIPPY NIGGER", you made references to Jewish people as well during your video. so you're a racist as well as a judgemental nasty piece of work :) oh and you're now permanently banned by Lerz for forum disrespect ans the fact he doesn't believe you were hacked. -Chip |

Abstain.Admittedly, Cloudys story does not seem very believable. Not in the slightest. BUT what he says can happen, and similar things have happened before. Yes his story doesnt seem believable, but neither does the one about 4 and 5 haters from friggin mine**** logging on at the same time, tping to him, spamming him, etc. Except I was there with him when all that happened, and helped him fight those little buggers. I feel like neither side is telling the whole truth, but rather only part of it. Its isnt my decision, but because of the way this has escalated, I firmly believe LUIGI needs to handle this himself, and make a decision on his own. I think there needs to be a nice, organized CALM discussion between the staff involved and luigi, telling luigi the staffs view of the story. Then the same for the people claiming Cloudy griefed them. And then a last calm conversation between luigi and cloudy, telling luigi cloudy's side of it all. With all 3 sides, and luigi keeping a calm, neutral, even head as he always does, he can arrive at a decision on this matter, and make it final, and i think staff should pass that along. |
