CloudFlux tped to me and would'nt leave my land, INSISTING it was his "home", useing /kittycannon twice, and then built right outside of the borders of my Faction. Mumfie, Sparqy, and I told him several times to leave the area and he would'nt. After a few of us yelling at him, he decided to fly somewhat away. Please resolve this issue. I am apart of this. Let me reiterate for Brittnee.Brittnee and I were working on our faction, silverbacks, developing housing when CloudFlux teleported to Brittnee. With her seeing him, she kindly asked him to leave. I followed him off as he flew away, saying the wilderness was his land. He returned, soon after, hiding in a spruce tree just outside of the housing district we were working on and started spamming /kittycannon. I told him, as well, to leave. He seemed reasonable, at first, although it came to no prevail as he then went just outside of our border and developed dirt holes/houses that were evidently 'his home' to him, just outside our border. We claimed over the wilderness which he proclaimed to be his land, and it was within 100 blocks of the border, it was no longer his house and was considered grief. We repeatedly asked him to leave, but he wouldn't budge. Instead, he was fighting for his right to build just outside of our border and claim it was his land, also abusing /kittycannon just to annoy us. He broke Rule One: No Griefing/ Raiding.; He was building within 100 blocks of our border, being a nuisance. He broke Rule Three: Be Nice To Players. Constantly harassing us while we tried to build, not leaving our land after ten times being asked, he has broken both of these rules. I wish punishment against him, this was completely uncalled for and immature on his behalf. |

Cloudy, if you were to grief and I saw evidence of it, I will not say -1 to ban just because he is a nice guy. You're being a hypocrite and just siding with him because apparently he is nice. You need to look at what he's done, and with that you can cast your opinion/vote. Your -1 is practically invalid. Same with you Bear. |

Well Lerz, I just have not seen him do anything bad except for a harmless trespass. That's just my opinion. Also how am I a hypocrite if he does things that break rules and I don't do any of those things behind everyone's back? Well never mind. Keep it up Lerz, although I do feel bad for CloudFlux, he is like my Cloud buddy. 😄 |
