Chip_Bruh	Date sent: 2016/03/08 12:13:16 It goes without saying that I am very annoyed. Lerz, the best admin of the server... has decided to ban me, a moderator, for selling gmc items. First off, this is actually bullshit okay? I have farms that i have built (lerz watched me build one of them) that automatically farms and cooks meat, cut sugar cane (similar to mumfies's but significantly smaller), farm iron from golems, etc. My potatoes, carrots, melon, and apples are all 100% legitimate, I worked my fucking ass off to supply my shop with goods for a low price. The only suspicious thing may be that my apple chest is almost full, this is because I don't eat apples and I had to chop down a lot of wood to create my survival house. Just outside the front of my survival house is a large wood farm that also farms apples, they have accumulated over a long time from constant farming for my shop. In my house I have automatic cooking systems for my carrots and potatoes (I used my farmed wood to use as fuel, thus is why I do not sell wood in my shop as I need it too much to supply other items) and you can also see above my house is my carrot, potato, melon, and wheat farm (for bread), which are not automatic. If it looks worrying at the amount of diamonds or redstone i have in the chests (if there is any left) then do not worry, when lerz and I shared a base we had an abundance of diamonds due to a spawn drop party and ones that lerz had collected himself. I took most of them a while ago when I first made the shop. Hmm, stuff like the sea lanterns/building blocks are from farming sea temples. Nether stuff is from searching the nether and killing anything I see, I used to sit for hours next to blaze spawners etc, just collecting items to sell. I don't have time to run through every item I have, as there is so many. Just ask me and I'll tell you how I aquired the item(s). I do not have many customers at my shop, in fact, I think my only regular customer is Matodir. This should explain why you were worried that I had a lot of each stock. No one was buying and I was filling it up... I have loads of screenshots of the drop party etc but they are all on my pc... which I don't even have access to... for luigi, my homes that I have set will show you where my farms are: /warp chipbase (here is the iron farm, and immediately to the left is the storage room that held all the redstone and diamonds etc) /home home (apples, potatoes, melon, carrots, wheat, also my auto-cookers) /home farms / farm (here is some of my auto farms, I have forgotten which ones are there). It doesn't bother me so much the fact that lerz banned me, it annoys me more that he didn't even bother to message me (through snapchat, whattsapp, skype, or mail me in game) and ask me about his suspicion. I think he seemed to forget that I am a staff member, I deserve the respect to be atleast asked about it before he got ban happy. he had no proof that I spawned the items, therefor breaking a staff rule to only punish with solid evidence. Remember when we all complained about blueroon banning because of suspicion? Yeah well this is another BlueRoon act.

Chip, don't sell gmc items, I kinda get the "abusing" part (which is partly not abuse because what the heck are you planning to do with the money when you can spawn/do everything) but players are not suffering from wether an item has been spawn in or legitimately obtained (I assume you didn't sell it for nothing). All in all I think this was a childish decision to ban you, and +1 for the fact you were unbanned.

Are NOT suitable to produce the amounts you have in your chest. Our iron farm does not work well so all those iron blocks, legal my ass.

Slimes RARELY spawn and therefor you wouldn't ever had been able to fill up that chest. And the compasses!?!? The spawn before last, I was donator+, a player was quitting and was stood on top of the rules board throwing her stuff down at people. Remember that person that gave us all of them diamond blocks a while ago lerz? She/he also did a spawn drop 2 spawns ago. It isn't bullshit. When I get my computer back I'll prove you wrong. For some reason the iron farm has decreased in efficiency sinse I made it... I think there is an issue with the villagers breeding. Last time I went into the double chest it was half full poppies and iron, I think I left the poppies and gave the iron to a player, whoever that was, please back me up... it must have been about 4 months ago. Enchanted sword and command over a massive swamp, also complete control over day and night, enabled me to do it. Oh the compasses, this is pretty self explanatory: I had way too much iron from the farm when it worked a lot more efficiently, abundance of redstone from your storage - meaning I had too much of some raw items so I made a new item to sell - meaning more money... The way I see it, if you can fill up all your chests before they empty then do it. Because it saves you from constantly returning and refilling it...

The ghast tears and wither skeleton skulls may be illegitimate, but that is not down to me, a staff member (penq) gave me them (to "sell") while I was a donator - therfore guiding me to the conclusion that they were legitimate.

I've played on a server with a gigantic iron farm and it did not produce so much iron as he has. Now I have not seen his farm yet, but I'm assuming it's one of the standard small farms which produces close to nothing even if you afk near it. a full chest of apples, yeah not buying that. he did not farm that many apples, it takes too much time to do so. and the sea lanterns? really? he got THAT many sealanterns in survival? ye no that's spawned in, I'm sorry Chip, but there is no way you got all those items in survival as you spend most of your time in creative and staffing around. If you have however only been playing survival since the map got reset then it is still hard to believe you. I love playing survival and I'm like a Chinese farmer and I doubt I'd get that many items. Also he's selling all of them which no one in their right mind would do if they had farmed so much in survival, they'd keep some for themselves.

I wanted to give to the community all for free, but that was far from practicality as I had to constantly manually do it. I set up a very cheap shop that would run 24/7 with very minimal direct involvement in the buying process, all I had to do was restock. 2. As I had automatic farms which required me to do nothing to get the items - just sit afk when I go to sleep or do something irl - why would I feel the need to sell at a high price? 3. The prices varied obviously because it needs to have some form of realism and economic truth. The more valuable stuff would be more expensive, less valuable would be cheaper. But nothing was actually expensive, stuff just costed more than other stuff. I lowered my diamond price 2/3/4 times as other shops were in competition. Oh and a little side note - why would I bother selling items from creative? I'm a freaking staff member, why the hell would I purposely put my rank (which makes me happy when I help people) at risk for some crappy fake money in a game? Money is 100% useless to me, I give it away all the time to new players or regular players that are in need of a little boost.

Mumfie has been a toxic player for quite a while, I've always meant to ban him when he "crosses the line" so to speak, so I did. Lerz went against what another high member of staff did and unbanned him, without any reason what so ever (I could do as Mumfie and speculate that he did it because he wanted someone else to support him). I had to temporarily demote Lerz so he wouldn't abuse his /unban command again. I promised him he'd have it back when he promised to me he wouldn't do it anymore. He did, in private chat, but when I left the server today, he went against his own words and did it anyways. I unbanned Chip_Bruh, and Lerz goes against that, I thought fine, let him have his way, but when I ban Mumfie? Well, then it is somehow fine for him to do what in his opinion I wasn't allowed to do (Unbanning Chip).
