Hello!This is not a complaint why I choose to put it in General, it's a mix of things. First of I want to say is that I have a blast on the server. I met really nice people and I get greeted every time I join and I really feel welcome. The staff has been nothing but helpful but I guess if you do your part and don't be annoying the staff will be nice too. I paid $10 and I got VIP+, now I have paid $10 more so $20 in total but I only got Donator rank even though it clearly states on the page that I should have Donator+. It wouldn't been a big deal since I just wanted higher rank to replace a spawner I had that some one griefed and destroyed. But yesterday a Donator+ was harassing a member in my faction that was grinding for Quartz in Nether. Now I told my member to not provoke him/her in anyway and just let it be. But this Donator+ kept at it, tried to dig above my faction member so that lava would get over him, was flying invisible above him and throwing potions at him and trying to aggro pigmen so that he would be killed. In that situation it would have been to my advantage if I had Donator+ so I too could be invisible and could be there to watch over my faction member. But as soon as I appeared at the scene the Donator stopped for the duration I was there. So in conclusion, I'm having a blast and love the server. We are building and having a really good time. And I wonder if I could have my Donator+ rank? Also if some one could talk to this Donator+ and tell him to stop harassing and misuse his power. Have a great day! |

The Donator+ rank is specified to be £20, as in 20 GBP (Great British Pounds), not $20 (USD).The British pound has more value than the the United States dollar, which is why you would get the Donator+ rank if you payed in pounds (£) and only the Donator rank without the plus if you payed in dollars ($). |

OK I understand and thank you so much for the clarification! Now I have to ask so I do it right.I have paid $20 so far. £20 equals $31,92 by today's exchange market, I just looked it up. So if I pay $12 more to you would that be enough then. I know it is according to the exchange market. But I also have to make sure you are on the same page. Will that be OK? |
