HiI think the title says it all. TomJones, Francis and Newboldkid all attacked me in god mode whilst i was building. after turning off my pvp, they just hit me with lightning. all my items were taken and lava poured all over my build. There are NO measures taken to ensure non donators aren't just bullied by donors on the server I seriously hope something is done about this. |

Firstly we were in gm 0 when we were attacking also the lava is contained with a breadrock wall also we warned you that we would attack if u didnt remove the tower but u ignore us and the lava and bedrock wall is to prevent u from attacking so we did hardly anything wrong also you cant hurt people when they are in godmod so...learn your facts.Finally i fixed the "grief" also a mod called killingk10 tried causing trouble when i was getting rid of the bedrock wall saying don't destroy it i want to show armz and its more evidence to get you in trouble and he kept on saying u are going to get banned and demoted also he muted me for swearing at him. |

I'm not even going to spend much time on this. luigiofthebakery or any staff. If you see this, please read the logs first. Don't just judge on the screenshot cause the person taking it only captured the image that would benefit him. The conversation between me and Willhayter1 should be enough evidence to void this complain. |

I was killed in /pvp false. Donors on this server abuse their power and bully non donors, this is a fact. SInce this incident i have been kicked several times with offencive text for no reason by tomjones. If Francis, TOmjones and Newboldkid get away with this I'll be outraged. they broke several rules. Griefed, killed me in pvp false and stole all my items. I was assured by the mod who dealt with this that they would face punishment for their actions, and I'm still waiting to see them. Any staff, ask the mod Killink what he saw, and he will vouch for me, as he saw what they did. |

All 3 donors in question spoil this server for me at every opportunity. I'm fed up of logging on to abuse. It seems the rules set on this server don't actually apply to donors. They get away with everything. they poured so much lava on my build and covered it in bedrock. I don't see how they can possibly get away with this. I love the server, but this has ruined all the fun for me. If they can get away with something that big, i hate to think what they will do to me in the future. |

May i also add that u over claimed claimed land which i believe is greif and i kicked you like twice because you kept on saying repeatedly enjoy your last day on the server and you are going to be banned which could be classed as spamsince it was repetitive also i warned u that if you said it one more time i would kick you but you kept on saying it so there. |

I said that over claiming is against the rules i believe, well i think i said that, but i did tell you i wasn't risking my rank by destroying another persons creation. But having over claiming another's faction territory isn't right in my opinion and building on it is even worse. I would like to ask if the buildings can be taken down and the land returned to the original faction. and Tom you did not ask if it was, You stated it was over claimed |

Oh great so Will is getting away free maybe I haven't behaved correctly but non of this wouldnt of started if Will had not overclaimed and built his tower and started shooting down on FORCE.we attacked to protect our non donator members (like charlie who was just farming at the time). |

Thankyou Gavin, but I'm not too bothered about what I've lost, I've since enchanted some new armour etc. I have said if I over claimed then that was a mistake. To my knowledge, i went to the perimeter of Forces land and claimed from there, however I do think even if i over claimed by mistake, this does not break the rules. Action has now been taken against the donors that abused their power. Thankyou for your help. |
