So, as ex-staff, I know how the staff work with coming on, and going off. It is disorganized, with no structure at all. We got on and got off at any time.So this is what I'm thinking, luigi should make shifts for each staff depending what time zone they live in, and what times they can get on. Although I'm not sure we have any american time-zoned staff, besides james I think, I can't remember |

That could be useful AS A GUIDELINE but I dont think we should be saying to staff you must come on at this time on these days.But maybe it should me "Insert Mod here" and "Insert admin here" could try and be on between "time a" and "time b" and then "Insert Mod2 here" and "Insert admin2 here" could try and come on halfway between a "mod1" and "admin1" shift.This would also mean their is consistently be staff and If one staff member cant be on then their is another covering.Furthermore this would make the inactive staff members come on and actually do their job.Finally as I said It would be used as a guideline so staff could just come on and go as they do already -Tom |

I like/don't like it <---- if that makes sense lolI like it since it is a good way to get inactive staff on. I don't like it because, it may be difficult to get on at the times we are requested to be on. I also like getting on at random times. |

I don't mean it as a strict thing, more like what thomas was saying, like, the staff lists what average times they can be on, like i would be 6 pm Est, and then an admin and mod or 2 get paired together to be on at a certain time, but if there is an urgent crisis for which you can't be on, or maybe you have plans for a certain day, you can email luigi or skype the staff skype group or luigi or something, and he can figure something out-DC |

^ What guiness said. Staff are doing this voluntarily to help the server, it shouldnt become a chore that has to be completed in a certain time frame. |
