Ok, so one day I put up a beacon in my faction. A few days later I took it down. Then, without any notice, I was banned for three days. I didn"t know what to do so I waited my time and went back on the server. What I saw shocked me, all my stuff had been stolen and my room in my faction had been dismantled. This was over six months worth of work. I then asked my fac leader who said I had been kicked from the faction and blueroon had my stuff. I then waited till BlueRoon came on and asked why he took my stuff and banned me. He said that I had too many diamonds and had been caught griefing. I told him that I hadn't griefed but he said I still had over two stacks of diamonds. I never actually cheated to get these diamonds, I spent my own time getting good enchants and then trading with others for diamonds. I told him that I thought what he did was wrong and he had done bad things before. (This is true, others have been complaining about him and he I have actually seen him repair armour and had him offer to repair mine. I have also heard stories (from donators) of him harassing players. So he then decided to mute me for an hour. Not only is this very excessive, I feel it is an abusive of power. Desperate from outrage and annoyance at all my work going to waste and Blue completely shunning me, I then went to a donator and tried to get help by placing signs. This donator then told BlueRoon who then came and banned me for another three days. Not only has he stole all my stuff, he abuses others and uses moderator powers to benefit those that he likes. At the very least I feel cheated and would hope that I could be unbanned. My ign is Swiper4299P.S. also i have asked others for help who have just put me in prison and denied me any help. The only person who actually seemed kind was Diver2000 and I am very grateful. To see how bad a mod BlueRoon is, all you have to do is go on the server and ask around. I have seen donators post in chat for others to get screenshots of BlueRoon in the act because she was so overwhelmed by complaints about him. |

Ok, first, you were rightfully banned for griefing, you had 4-5 stacks of diamond blocks which I was told to take whenever I found that amount, yiu griefed twice and were muted for conspiring against me and spamming/threatening me. Im assumjng this "she"you takked to was roxxi who has biased opinions of me for other reasons, so please stop posting offensive posts about me in different threads |

The things you say I griefed were mine and in my faction. So I didnt grief. The second time I was just trying to get help from your tyranny. The diamonds were from trading, but if the rules say so, take them. But im pretty sure that theres not a rules that says take anyone you dont like and take all their stuff. And the person I spoke to wasn't Roxxi and you can ask her to verify this. I have spoken to many donators and mods |

No I wasn't but you clearly have tricked others into giving you authority so my word isn't going to beat yours, but you still took all my stuff for no reason. I see why you took the diamonds but not my stuff (over 10 chests contained no diamonds) but you took them |

Unbanned.I also put a vote poll on the homepage to see whether people think Blueroon should be demoted. There have been quite a few complaints, however whenever I'm online he seems to be doing his job quite well. |

Have voted to keep BlueRoon as a mod. I preferred to chill with him when he was a donor, as he was always organizing events such as meals in his castle and being a big part of the community in general. Since he has become a mod, the sociable side of BlueRoon has gone somewhat, but I would put that down to him doing his job properly and not having time to do things like he used to. I think demoting him would be a serious loss to a server that is struggling for good, committed staff.My opinion has been voiced. I hope others will read this and vote to keep BlueRoon. Noone is going to get every decision right all the time (look at sports referees that get paid £80+ grand per year) we all make mistakes on occasion. If BlueRoon has made a mistake, he deserves another chance, rather than just demoding him straight away. |

Luigi, of course he does his job well when you're online, all of the staff suck up to you while you're there.It's when you're gone that things get bad, which is most of the time. If you were around when I was , you'd have seen I was competent as well. |

I completelg agree with Roxxi, BlueRoon kisses up to other mods and people of authority, but when he is with a lesser player, he will repeatedly mute them and jail them like he did to me today. Also, gecko that beacon was mine, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to dig it but I have confessed to the diamonds, but that didn't constitute a ban.Actually, today Blue accused me of having too many diamonds again and having illegitemate items. He searched all my chests (two thanks to him) and found a stack and a half. |
