Killer (can't remember his ign) decided that he would kick me because i was fighting the leader of his faction in gm1, even though i clearly wasn't as he hit me but denied it after he kicked me. I was chasing his fac member Crafty when i got kicked. After i rejoin i have a bit of a go at him and he says that i'm lucky not to be muted. Just because i talked back at a mod because i don't agree with him. Then i say letes fight. so he just pulls out a god apple and a strength potion and kills me unfairly as i couldn;t hit back because he was in his own land. After that i try to get my stuff and he kills me again and takes my stuff and leaves a server. That sword took ages to get. Clearly power abusing |

UPDATE: later on we got in an argument about giving my stuff back. i got muted for 2 mins |

Staff shouldn't take items unless they are rule-breaking items. Though I'm not 100% on the status of Killing still being staff, thought Luigi demoted him a while agoStanding up for yourself is fine but lowering staff isn't, since it breaks Rule 3 |
