Hello.I am yet again banned by Lerz for "Bypassing PvP whilst Dublin had it off and stealing". First of all, no evidence was given to Lerz nor was he online at the time of the incident. What really happened was Dublindevil had PvP on and was an enemy to my faction, so I took the opportunity and killed him, I had a full inventory so I picked up only 3 or 4 things, like an iron shovel and axe and some dirt and seeds. I'm not going to appeal to be unbanned when I have done nothing wrong, I have been absolutely good since my last unban which is totally undeniable. I find it OFFENSIVE that I have been rebanned for 24 hours for a crime I did not commit. It is a staff rule that one shall not be banned without evidence or being present at the time, Lerz being biased decided to take Dublindevil's word and simply ban me there and then, he did not even give me the chance to defend myself and say my side of the story. The staff team is better than it has ever been now, except for Lerz, and I'd also like to point out 90% of the staff team agree that he shouldn't be a moderator. I am not going to start trying to get him demoted and all of that, but I would like an explanation as to -Why I was banned without any evidence of the occurance. -Why Lerz is being biased. -Why I wasn't given a chance to give my side of the story before my ban, (Lerz simply said, Wowman your getting rebanned, and then cockily said "Bye!"). May I also add the false accusations of me bypassing PvP are 100% false, it's not my fault Dub's idiocy got him killed, disable PvP. No matter how much one despises me you cannot deny my recent good-behavior. The time has come. I will take your side on this Wowman since it seems like you did nothing wrong... But there are only a few staff members who do they're job (Sparqy included <3) and one of those is Lerz. But since Lerz has a biased view-point he should not be moderator.+1 |

I did not bypass the PvP system- He had his PvP enabled, I took that opportunity to kill an enemy. That's how PvP works. If I bypassed PvP, explain to me how and present proof of it. |

Yeah there has to be prroof that wowman actually bypassed pvp to kill him.Such as, did he place a lavablock? How did he die?`did it say died by lava etc. Otherwise Wowman should be unbanned immediately. |

Mumfie, the funny thing is it was in his claimed land, so how could I physically place lava or fire? I don't know any other way of bypassing PvP. |

@wow you said my pvp was true.My pvp is NEVER true. Whenever I login, i always type /pvp false. I have not had a problem with this before and I doubt that after a year of continuously doing it I would forget to do one of the basic things I do every play session Also it was kinda a spawn kill as I came home and boom you came outta nowhere and r3kt me. (I did not have armour on at the time, let alone my sword) That enchanted shovel is the only reason I did this. I asked for it back but after you refused, I took it by force. That enchanted shovel is my only enchanted tool and I refuse to have it taken due to some petty dispute between us. -Dubs |

Also, mumfie and i just did a test. I removed peaceful status and enemied Momentum but we both kept pvp false. we could not hit each other. |

Hmmn Cant you go into the console and check if my pvp was true. It is never true. Why in gods name would it be true. When he was killing me it kept saying "Damage at 40%" or something. Doesnt that mean I had pvp false. Are you 100% sure that my pvp was true. It could have been. IDK but please check again for my sake. Soz for inconvenience -Dubz |

@Dubz,If you attack someone in their territory and have them as an enemied faction, they will take 40% less damage. You however will take 100%. It's a factions thing, if that showed up you 100% didn't have pvp on false. |
