Google remembers your search history. if you browse weird shit and then google anal and you've been searching up analfucking a lot then yes, google knows and google will then give you analsex on the frontpage. I'll show you screenshot of my anal search So the conclusion is that if you search for that type of stuff, then you pretty much know what anal is. if you're just curious you will find scientifically stuff explaining what it is in a way that is not sexual.
