Penquinator, a donator+ rank, has been abusing her powers and harassing players. She has attempted to tp-kill me three times, repeatedly killed multiple players, tried to blow me up with spawned-in creepers, and used /invsee to troll me and steal several items. She killed my wolves and threatened several people. There are several witnesses that can prove Penquinator's wrongdoings. Please do something to make this stop.-Vulturboy |

I've not tp killed you at all ^^ I've mearly punched you, then you think I'm trying to kill you, a punch for about 10 sword smacks, The creeper was named boom, I didn't know you were afk I was hoping you'd turn around to see boom. I then tp'd you to your house so nothing help would kill/hurt you. The wolves attacked me so I had to kill them. You didn't stop them from attacking me either. and What threatening are you talking about? I recall none of this. -Penq :D? x |

Penquinator has also been spawning in swords and armor recently for a few (unspecified) people. They have maximum enchants and I have seen several people use them in PvP. When the person using them dies and their items get taken by the victor the people just come back with the exact same armor a little while later. All of the swords say "The Finest of Blades" below the enchantments and Penquinator has several swords called Spartan Gladius(s) that have that same description and enchantments. |

Hm, I'm not going to so called snitch on anyone but the player that wont be named will be named X. I first thought that the enchant cap was 5, this is because X said that the cap USED to be 4, ( not that it was 5 now, but in context it basically says its 5, 3 or something ). I also only made 2 of these, the rest of these " op " swords are called Kakashi blade of Honor which is sharp iv unbreak 3 fire 2 and..looting I think, The reason there is so many of these blades is because X found a way to copy stuff from inventories. and he'd copied quite alot of my stuff out of my inventory, the reason how other plays such as X, X and X got these swords are because of X dying in pvp with them. I agree guilty upon spawning these swords but I plead innocent upon giving these swords out. -Penq :D? x P.s, I believe you have some of these swords aswell? |

I warned you that your nickname was spamming chat 8 times, i have multiple ss's, You were using /me every minute and it was getting annoying so I ask you to stop, about 3 times I asked and then you replied to that by spamming it 3 times in chat, I kicked you for spam at that point, then you kept doing it which lead to RAIN kicking you, not me. It's not my fault I had to kick you. and I did not kick you twice for the nickname nor 5 times for the /me. get your facts right.-Penq. |

Using me is not illegal. U was kicking me for using it in general, ask armz. I used it every 3-4 mins, even if i did use it every 1 min, its still not spam. Its not me that has to get my facts straight. Your one of the most annoying people i know on the server and I normally get along with people, even after i report them,my nickname does not spam chat and what your saying does not make sense. It was bartender_jay at the time so. You kicked me a total of 6 times. 1 spam, 4 /me and 1 nickname. Get ur facts straight, "kid". -Wowman |

Screenshots of what exactly? Seeming though I have done nothing wrong i would like you too actually. I have screenshots of you refusing to leave,spawning over 50 chickens at my bar. Kicking me 7 times in 2 hours,6 of them were unnecesary. Telling me what to do in my own area... If i have done so much wrong,tell me why i have no complaints on my back and.you have.three? 1, Wowman, I will not take the blame for this chicken shit any longer, It was not I who spawned 50, I spawned litterally, lets say.. 10? with eggs. Raineo/Kakashi used the chicken spawn eggs to spawn chickens. The kicking is because you'd had a nickname which took up all of chat and refused to change it. ( I have proof ) 2. Gecko, by multiple warps you mean one? And you are guilty of this broadcasting warps aswell. Your exscuse to report me is because I was doing it purpossely to annoy you. When you broadcasted my warps you had the exact same intentions. |

It's also bypassing the fact only donators can have coloured text and broadcast. Having nicknames longer than around 15 characters (If they are large characters) is classed as spam. Donators can use /invsee but they cant change your inventory. They can't even copy items from it, so she can't have trolled you with item manipulation. Trespassing isn't a rule unless a member of staff officially bans any contact of the two players, same with tping. Penq, don't tp to people and hit them. Also self-defence doesn't work since you are the one who teleported to him and have the ability to fly away/change gamemode/set pvp to false/go godmode. Don't set warps to other peoples places without their permission. You can sethome there as long as you don't use it as a method of tpkilling or harassment |
