Staff is not that good right now and i think something should be done about it because its kinda been like this for a while :P . Most staff is offline and when they actually are online they are afk or just don't really do anything. I'm not too clear on it but this is sorta how i see it. But there are actually some staff which do a good job and are online. I also know that there are a lot of people who are making staff applications and some of them make more than one and the people who get picked out of them aren't always as good as they say they are. Not just that but there are staff who keep getting demoted and then get their place back later on so i think that it would be better if that instead of keep making them get demoted and then change your mind it would be better if it had a little more thought put into if you should let them keep their place or they shouldn't have that anymore. Sometimes even the good staff members don't get to keep their job which is bad because they would be the ones actually doing their job. Another thing about some staff is that they don't always follow the rules, and abuse their privileges. I do have an idea which could also help improve things a little like when a staff member isn't going to be on when they need to or something for any reason they should tell someone (like luigi maybe) why and see if its ok with him or whatever. Something that also might help but doesn't have to be put in is that if staff had certain hours or something (that would fit them). I'm not trying to say that your not doing a very good job its just that some things could be done a little better. |

Usually staff get demoted either because the resign or can't be active, then get repromoted again later when their circumstances change. This might happen over the space of several months or years, so don't assume it's just because I changed my mind. Most of them time it's not my decision, and when it is, they have been inactive for a while (several weeks or months) so don't assume not enough thought went into it.Cerebii wrote: "Sometimes even the good staff members don't get to keep their job which is bad because they would be the ones actually doing their job" I don't know of any case where a good staff member has ever been demoted unless they resigned or became really inactive. |

I never gave you my views on cyberbullying. I felt like enough was enough when I posted about it and it seemed useless to fight for their punishments, as explained below.The insults thrown by other players on the forums are petty and absurd, and shouldn't be considered truth by others. If this is the issue, then we could probably blame the organization on banning the toxic players. People shouldn't take what they say seriously, but if they do, and complain about it - won't do much, as Luigi has stated before. Banning won't get rid of them. Instead of constantly whining about a heavy issue that's cutting at the server repeatedly, (and cannot, won't be fixed), maybe look the other way instead of feeding the trolls? Luigi could have banned the culprits from the forum to test if they would succeed in coming back or not, but, could have, would have, should have - didn't. I take bullying very seriously, it isn't confined to one reality, it's a big issue online as well - but if you're involved in a community that can't do much about these bullies, the best things to do are thicken your skin, not feed them, nor give them attention instead of making futile complaints(sadly) against them. That's my view. If this situation weren't the case, with unorganized punishments of cyber bullies, I would love to have them punished. It's a shame that they aren't removed from the forums as people take them seriously. |

I won't be coming back, so I couldn't care less of what you believe about me now, assuming Chip and those involved in a major past debate have been spreading false narratives.Look, I understand the pain of heavy cyber bullying, it's personal for me, and I find it absurd to think that I would allow such a thing on this server. You were not around when I was staff and you shouldn't make biased decisions based on what I do here/anecdotal forum evidence. I fulfilled my job well. |
