I have proof that the Faction NewSparta spawns In items and gives them away to citizens!1. about 3 months ago Hazza Found a NewSparta Crate Full of diamonds 2 I have Proof of Willhayter (i think thats his name) Giving Spawned Items away to citizens some of you may know about my sword the Kakashi blade of Honor Which I now Have Deleted Is Highly illegal (this would be why i deleted it) but Will Has One well I say One Penq has gone and copyed it 100 times and He has Got Penq to give copy them and he is giving them out to citizens now dont get me wrong I know i should not of had the sword in the first place but i was jumped and thats how will got it I have Photos on the facebook page Linkhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/814463031943429/ +100 If You agree Please On Up This! |

Raineo, The Kakashi blade of honer was made by rainbowderbyy. He lost it to me at warp /pvp (why was he using an OP item against a citizen at /warp pvp). I then gave it to my faction member as a gift.Also, NewSparta is not what it was 3 months ago. We have completely started again since our old base last week as all the old members (including the leader) left the server. Since then, it's been a slow process building our ranks with regular players.. If a chest full of diamonds was found 3 months ago, that would not be any current players fault. |

Sorry if you feel wronged by us. We take pride with how rich we are, because a lot of that wealth has come from victories at /warp pvp. I wanted to appear like a nice faction to be an ally to by sharing the wealth!! |

I don't know where people get this idea that 5 enchants is OP. 5 enchants is perfectly possible in vanilla minecraft.I also don't care if you are pvping with a sword that has Respiration or protection. Why? Because those enchants don't make you "over-powered" in fact, they do nothing. OP is when an enchant is higher than it should naturally be, like Sharpness 6, or looting level.enchantment.127 for example. I will take non-legit items from people who don't have access to creative, not because they are "OP" but because they are illegitimate Onto the topic at hand: You've been in trouble so many times for giving out free items Will that I think you'd be stupid to do it again. Gifting a citizen an item gained in pvp (Which it is against the rules to steal items in pvp arenas) that you know is illegit is still giving a citizen a cheated in item which breaks rule 6-7 |

Hazza, I believe the rule has changed, recently a admin ( one of the admins i cant remember who ) announced that looting bodies is allowed, and in pvp unless there is an agreed give back deal.May I ask if fire protection, protection and projectile protection is op? I believe it is because no one can get it without gm or /enchant, however people can get enchants like sharp v loot 3 and unbreak 3 and fire on a sword, just wondering :P -Penq :D? x |

The three protections are incompatible, and the sword enchants are compatible. I checked in vanilla, and the 3 protections were op, and the sword enchants weren't. |

Like hazza said ocelot, the protection cancels out the other ones so its completely legit, maybe spawned in but still legit. |

Willhayter, look at your new faction description, that doesn't show being a nice faction, "If you are in our territory and shouldn't be expect to get killed and lose your s***". And I accept the fact you don't want raids, but my faction, memists, was founded right near your territory, but I settled mine before you claimed land near me, so just saying, change your f desc and the promise it makes, because you are way more advanced than us, and I'm genuinely terrified of you. |

Penquinator is copying them. I have seen more than 10 copies of the same sword on multiple different people. None of this has to do with OP enchantments or whether it's legal or not. I have killed many NewSparta members in PvP and taken their items. They just come back with new ones of the exact same type. |

This time Will, the leader of NewSparta, has been using cheated in items in the PvP arena. He had a sword with lore and Flame I on it, which is impossible to get legit. He and Penquinator have also been harassing people, calling them names, taunting, and just overall being rude. I'm really close to quitting the server because of them, and trust me, I don't want to quit. Please do something about NewSparta's obnoxiousness.(P.S. If Penquinator or Will posts after this "justifying" their actions, I can prove it all wrong.) |

Will, it still had lore on it and it was not legit. It is still a cheated in item that is illegal. I don't know why you would put flame on a sword, but then again I don't understand your thinking.
