As of now, we have a full staff team that manages to keep the server properly moderated for almost the entire day. Yet people are still making applications, where there are no staff positions open. I suggest that we disable posting in the "Mod Applications" section unless we are in need of new staff members. People would still be able to comment, just not post an actual application. |

Allowing people to make applications even when there are no positions open means that when a position becomes available it can be filled more quickly. If applications were only open when a position was open, we would have to wait for people to apply and others to give feedback on candidates. |
