Basically... I want to improve as staff and I just want your opinions on how I can improve because I just want to be the best I possibly can. And just see how you want me to behave as staff. Yes I do know I need to improve on my caps and today I have been working as best I can on them. So far I have only messed up once and that was by accident. And to clarify about my resignation post a few months ago. I have learnt to deal with everything that is going on and i am perfectly fine now. |
