i felt like pointing out some pros and cons of the staff team

Armz: he is an overall good admin (2nd best on the team imo), but he sometimes doesn't think too much through when doing things within the server. he just kinda does what told to do.

Susan: best staff on the team (totally fact), but one major problem is that she isn't a big fan of getting involved with too much, which could be a problem.

Chip: now, i know you all are expecting me to beat on him, but we used to be friends a few months back when he was actually being nice. though i know he can be nice sometimes, he is just a dick to players he doesn't like. he chooses his actions based on what the majority of the people that look up to him prefer, instead of the right choice in most cases.

James: idk what to say about this guy.... he has nice hair.... i guess....? idk he's the weird one here.

Jordan: he is sometimes good at staffing, and is funny, but is immature waaayyyy too much. i don't expect staff to be an army of hitlers, but being too immature is a problem.

Shad and ckvoss: i see these 2 as almost identical. they are good mods, but are sometimes biased in their decisions.

Ace: he is also a good mod, and i don't see many things wrong with this one, but he has a giant sign above his house saying ACE4ADMIN '17....... that's a thing..... idk what to thing bout that.

Zed: best mod, 10000/10. the only thing i can see wrong with this guy is that he isn't owner yet.

Loki: idk. he's kinda new, and i haven't really interacted much with him.

last but not least:

LUIGI: he is a very good owner to keep this server running for how long it has, and that is one of the best things i could have asked for, but he isn't involved enough with the community. he is inactive on the server, sometimes being offline for a week at a time, and he doesn't reply much on the forums (though he does sometimes), and this is something that is important as a server owner. another con about luigi is that some of the decisions he makes are poor, like unbanning players that have broke major rules.

Since when have Chad and I ever been biased? We both treat everyone equally. We are almost identical because i trained him when he was a trial mod so we make pretty much the exact same decisions. You are never on to even see me and Chad being biased. LOL

Jordan is a very mature staff member. He only isn't when he is messing around with his lover (Giulia) ;)

I know I'm going to get hate from both of you, but you and Susan are like best friends. It's kind of obvious you think she is the best staff member. Not saying that she isn't.

Chip isn't rude to players he doesn't like. He's rude to the players that are annoying. Example: Chip and I are usually cool, but i was messing with him one day while he was afk busy and i was punching him repeatedly. He didn't like that and he yelled at me for it. I'm not going to go saying he's the biggest jerk and is mean to everyone. I was just being annoying.


So that was just my thinking. I'm not asking for a huge argument. I was just stating the flaws in your post. (in my opinion)

Chip usually does the right thing Asriel, just because the right thing is the opposite of you, doesn't mean he's biased. You're just the most idiotic and annoying person on the server.

here are my views on the staff team:

armz: fishy

susan: afk too much

Jordan: amazing personality but inactive

Chip: I barely see him cuz of time difference, however judging from his popularity amongst players he does seem good

CCShad: good mod, bad spleffer

Ck: Good mod, bad at parkour

Ace: Good mod, enjoys nukes

Zed: Best mod, he's korean

Loku: Low-key good

I like chatting with armz in skype, he's pretty nice. Susan I feel is a bit too strong on her opinions. Jordan is a cool dood. Chip is pretty good, though I don't hear much from him in chat, probably a mix of timezones and the fact that I haven't been on for a while. CCShad is a really nice guy, even before he got mod. Ck ruined my streams >:(. Ace is a pretty down to earth guy. Zed always says hi and just really leaves a good impression, and again I don't know too much about Loki.

All-In-All i like the current team.

I actually completely agree with Nic's ratings. James is just amazing though. He was always there for me when I was a mod. It may just be because he is the US admin but I never got that much help from the other admins.
