Hey, I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Whenever I try to join a multiplayer server it says "Failed to log in: Authentication servers are
currently down for maintenance". I went to check if they were down and they aren't. This has been happening for about a week now. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. |

When similar problems happen, I usually restart MineCraft, relog my whole MineCraft account, and if they don't work, uninstall then reinstall MineCraft. |

Normally that would fix it for me as well, but I tried doing that yesterday and the problem is still there. I've also noticed that I am now only getting around 60 Fps in single player when I normally get around 900. It isn't a problem with my graphics card because I still get great frame rate in other games. |

Minecraft does that every once in a while. When that happens, any player online can no longer join if they leave. I don't know why they do it though. |

@Ck I know Minecraft does this once in a while, but it has been doing this to me for a week now. It also shows that big servers (Not naming them in risk of being banned) still have close to 40,000 players online. Normally when Mojang closes the servers they drop to less than 1,000 pretty quickly.
@Tom That was the problem with the frames. After I re-installed Minecraft I forgot to reset my settings to what they were. That was my bad. Thanks. |
