Currently on the server, myself, kenfraz78 and nalawalakoala are being kicked, and muted repeatedly for talking to each other. Everytime we join the server we are being kicked and muted. I called Sue out for abusing and she said "want to see me abuse" or something of that nature before she started kicking us.http://imgur.com/ejIAsmW this is the screenshot of the abuse threat before the mutes started happening. Earlier in the day Lapid had already been abusing the /kick command on me and others. I gave him the chance after he begged for me to not be reported. But now that this has happened I wont stand for it anymore. I know most on the server may not agree with my views, but please realize this blatant abuse on 3 players for what it is. |

Belgnbor was kicking also even thought told not to by an admin he/she continued to repeatedly kick us and harass us over and over then claims we were "being racist to him" when we were talking to each other and weren't finding of the convo offensive at all even thought 2 of us are black as well. |

I was there for part of the conversation.Someone got offended because you were using the word "nigga". Sue told you to stop it, and then you claimed she was oppressing you. You also called her a "bitch" and kept repeatedly saying "nigga" in chat. On top of that, the person who was getting offended was from Australia, so you claimed that she shouldn't be offended. That is being taken completely out of context. They were accusing me of abusing and I said "I can show you abuse if you want to see it." As i wasn't abusing when they accused me. Shortly after i said i wasn't risking it if i didn't have to and if anyone needs be to back up my statements with logs i would be happy to. I wasn't actually threatening them. |

They came on being racist, I asked them to stop using the N word, they didnt. Sue seeing it was offending me asked them repeatedly to stop, she had to mute some of them twice. When she logged off, yes I did kick them for still using the N word, once she logged on again I didn't as she was handling it. They continued to harrass me and be annoying to susan, basically stating they were American and could do and say what they pleased as it wasn't offending them. They failed to see they were breaking a number of rules i.e. being nice to other players etc. |

I wasn't using the N word. Me and my friends who were all black, call each other niggas, that's what we do, It's our culture but she tried to say the word was offensive when 1. we weren't even talking to her at that point. And 2. the word has no use in australia so it can't offend her. It means an AFRICAN AMERICAN which me and my friends are. The real racists are Sue and belgn who tried to tell 3 black people what is appropriate to say IN THEIR OWN culture that she is obviously uneducated in. If she is white. How can she tell us black people what is offensive to us??? That's oppressive and racist. |

Okay, here's the thing: Even if you guys are all okay calling each other that, there's the possibility that an African American individual, who doesn't realize you're also African American,will be offended by the use of the 'N' word on the server, even if it's not directed towards them.We have no way of telling your ethnicity on the server, so we just say that any inherently racist words are not allowed. If you simply MUST call your friends 'N' words, please do so in private or faction chat so that the rest of us don't have to deal with it. |

Andy, just because your black doesn't mean you get to break the server rules. If a member of staff says that you can't say the N word on the server then that means you can't say it. Also, anyone can say that they're black in MC but they could be lying. From the screenshots that Death posted it seems that you were harassing Sue by continuing to argue and insult her. Also, I thought you were a "devout Christian", so why are you being extremely racist by calling her "some white girl". She's an admin, she has the power to tell you what you can and can't say on the server. As a Christian myself, I don't think God would be happy with that. |

Puff, I wasn't saying anything derogatory about her being white, all I was saying about her being white was that she doesn't have to authority to tell me and other black people what is offensive to our own culture. I would never tell a white person not to say cracker or a mexican not to say beaner. If they are talking about the own word themselves its obv not supposed to be racist so i wouldn't get involved. |

Why would you find it offensive when you aren't even black? It's often I see white people on here feel offended about it because they probably feel bad for black people when they see the word nigga. But like the dude in question here, andy, he is black himself and he doesn't seem to care about using the word nigga at all and even uses it himself to refer to his friends. You are offended by a word that's not even directed at you. Do you get what I mean with feeling offended for others now? You make a problem out of a word because you feel bad for black people. |

If the word was used to humiliate someone because they have a different skin color however, I would understand why you would be offended. I would step up for the person being humiliated too, but that's not the case here. |

Andy, that's not the point here. In real life, sure, you can say that all you want, but on this server there are rules set that prohibits that. If an admin tells you that you can't say it, then you have to listen to them. |

The person who felt offended probably isn't black either, so you'll get the same problem because he/she is indirectly telling how black people should feel. This is because they are making a problem out of it when most black people don't even care about the word nigga if it is used in a friendly way.I mean it's nice if you want to stand up against racism, kudos to you, but you should consider the context of the situation before you blindly jump in seeing racism everywhere when there isn't any at all. It's a problem I often see on social media too. |

Ok all of this is really dumb, but I would like to point out that the N word is a racial slur used the most in the United States, but was also used during the time of slavery not only in the United States, but in Europe and other countries as well. |
