A missing permission

CloudyBogdan	Date sent: 2017/07/02 04:52:26 So today when I tried tp-ing to Gilgamesh to see how he tours one of the players around his base, the player he was touring said "Leave" to me after I teleported to Gilgamesh and so he teleported me to spawn. Fun fact, that player was an Architect and so am I. Though I wondered "How did he tp me without a request?" Because I can't JUST tp people". Basically I can't tp people and so I would like to make request that I could get that command back. (P.s: I lost that command a year or so ago because I abused tp which I won't now because I learned to respect my privileges which in fact was a while ago as well)
