Built-up Reason: Evading mute/jail/ban several times, distributing hate speech to those who had hurt me, general troll. -When you were banned- The fuck do I know, 2 months maybe? or 3? ----------------- Hm, I would like to explain my ban. Starting with the DoS, I've already explained multiple times why I said it was accidental. To give you some background, I created a small script which its goal was to load a forum thread's page to get a huge amount of views in it (pure boredom). The target was a ban appeal I made a long time ago that at the time got bumped. Now my intent never was to down the website. I handed out the script to Sav who let it run overnight and we woke up to discover the website was down. Note that this wouldn't happen if your host wasn't shit. Like, fuck sake, think! If I really wanted to harm the server, I would have hid my IP and spam another page or forum thread + I would have repeated the strike and exploited the flaws that I found and kindly hearted reported to Luigi. ----------------- Anyways to the next topic: All other bullshit accusations. Tpkilling Andy: Alright some background if I can recall well, so I got in his house because he invited me in, after a while he started being a douche so I killed him, I set a home in his house and he brought op armor into the fight which got me killed. So I came back this time with a good set, and killed him back. Now I can't remember well but I think I came back because Sav tped to him and brought me into his house. And that's the reason why you say I tpkilled. What's the difference? I had a home set in his place anyway... also saying I repeatedly killed him when I only killed him twice... Sharing creative items: Which I believe you were talking about the Totem of undying and an efficiency 5 sword? The Totem, I told you she got it legitimately as far as I knew and the sword oh well ahah ironically a staff member gave it to her (actual proof) which then she gave it to me. Selling creative items: I never got a single spawned-in item from anyone, so why am I being accused of this? I didn't even owned a freaking shop. Illegitimate money: That I got from Bre and Sav. Illegitimate somehow, since none of them abused their permissions, and Sav told you that she didn't spawned anything she had in her shop but oh well, you just had to be a douche. Get actual proof, instead of saying "I got it in the logs", because everyone knows the logs can't tell for sure if the items are spawned-in or not. Not paying taxes: Get an actual plugin for taxes, not that hard coded shit you have and then we talk. No one pays taxes that often anyway, and to be honest I did it now and then. Rigging the lottery: Again, no proof to support it? - Bullshit. Only time I remember saying I'd rig the lottery is asking if betting my huge amount of money would rig it, note this happened when the lottery was broken and rigging wouldn't actually work because, correct me if I'm wrong, you can't bet an unlimited amount of tickets. ----------------- I think there isn't anything else to cover, please do read it all though... So yeah... framing me for shit I didn't do Chip, bad move. I can be a huge ass and troll a lot in the server, but I would never intend harm to the server, otherwise I think you'd already have seen it. Shouts out for those who I though they were my friends (yeah you weren't the only one Armzie) and those who I maintained a good relationship for literally turning their backs on me without even asking for an explanation and just hearing one side. Big thank you to those who always supported me though <3 I love you all PS: Please forgive me for my behavior this last week, evading bans and such. Seems like I cannot get away.

Sav had heaps of money and when she became architect she basically shut up her shop. Unsure about the other gmc stuff but others have just been warned, punishment has been too varied & disorganised in this regard for all architect breaches, some being punished more than others for same breach. Whilst u needed punishment for web crash maybe, I dont know much about that and coming on using an alt was naughty. Good luck on your appeal.

I'd like to see those logs to confirm what you've said as you didn't provide any proof at all in my previous appeal, just accusations. Only on our side that proof was given (Efficiency V sword spawned by a staff member).
