DCThanatos	Date sent: 2015/01/25 21:58:36 Dear Luigi This Suggestion is mainly to Luigi and Armz, I am asking you to add on to your board at spawn, a sign that tells you the max number of mods and admins, and I also ask that if someone with a lot of +1's, lIke 15 or so, should get a chance to be a to be a trial/temployees mod, for a few days, then on the website, put up a sur very for people to yes or no to see if that person is capable of being a mod. Also, if that person has more then 5 -1's on their mod app, you should consider whether or not that you should do this for them. Sincerely, DC

Temp-Mods could have a sign elsewhere, though there are 2 monuments to all past and present staff members which notes their highest earned ranks. We allow commending on Mod Applications which is effectively a survey available to anyone who logs onto these forums, and anyone who has -1s from a lot of people or influential people are often not considered for staff position. People also forget that the majority of the time we don't need to hire new staff. The current staff board is probably the most active I've seen since I started on this server in Spring of last year but I'm always up for having more Trial-Mods since it relieves pressure from other staff members
