Welcoming new players

My reasoning for this is that when a player joins they dont want to be immediately bombarded with people telling them to read the rules. Instead, i split it apart like this: <me> Welcome <player>! How are you today? <player>: good thankyou! How are you? <me> I’m great! Make sure you read the rules before you leave spawn! This way you can immediately establish a relationship with a player which I know i always look for in a server. This will ensure that new players which join dont leave strwight away and feel like they are being ignored Also, this isnt a complaint, which is why its in general. Many players have said that the welcome they recieve on our server is unlike any other server they have been on.
