I was transporting a horse home when I heard an explosion, but saw no creepers or craters. I look around for players, then BOOM, a boss bar shows up. Rather than saying "wither" or "elder guardian," it said "Winslow." Periodically, I'd hear another explosion, then another, then another, but no craters formed. I wanted to investigate, but I couldn't dig because the land was claimed by Buklau. So if anyone is familiar with "Winslow," tell me about it. |

Okay, somebody cleared me up. Winslow is a wither named after a calico cat in another Minecraft-based game. |

no? Winslow is the wither i keep contained underneath my base to scare off the defaults who used to kill my animals etc, i named him after the metal spike zombie out of that episode of the walking dead because i could xD who told you he was named after a cat ffs? xD |

well as Winslow's creator i can confirm this is not the case and that Winslow is named after a member of the undead, also i have Ailurophobia so it would not be named after a cat ever xD |

How do you contain a wither? From my experiences the only way to contain them is to make a cobblestone generator around them. |

I know withers bust up obsidian, so that isn't an option. I can only think of bedrock and barriers, though bedrock is not obtainable and barriers are expensive. |

it is just in a room made of stone but it can't break through because it is claimed, Withers can't break anything claimed |
