Hello, this is me and my friends first day on the server. We've built some farms and a house. About 5 minutes ago we got griefed by someone who was invisible, and I'd take a guess at it being a moderator, admin or other user group with invisibility privileges abusing their powers. The griefer killed all our chickens, and destroyed parts of our farms. Is griefing allowed on this server? |

After some further reading into the older complaints threads it seems that this server is a dictation heavily supportive of pay-to-win, staff turns a blind eye when anything has to do with donating players griefing or abusing powers.I would suggest anyone reading this to find another server to play on instead, where all players are treated the same. Playing here without throwing money at the owner will only result in you amusing people who have thrown money at the owner. |

um, If you have proof, show a mod. They'll ban the griefer regardless of their rank. May I remind you that ALL PLAYERS are treated the same. |

There should be a way to check who griefed, but I know they won't check because it has to do with someone who is above the rules. |

Excuse me, but no one is above the rules, and I don't know what you're talking about when you claim to have read older complaint threads where staff supposedly 'turned a blind eye' to donating players griefing or abusing powers. This has never occured, and with the proper evidence justice will always be served. However, if you think people will just get punished based solely on the words of someone else, no. As the saying goes, innocent until proven guitly. Which is why you may see complaints where nothing can be done, as no evidence has been provided. In fact many times (esspecially with donator abuse) I have willingly gone searching for the evidence myself as it was not provided by the individual who posted the report, yet the incident was severe and I believed that person was telling the truth. I shouldn't have to do this, as I'm not the one who posted the report, but I do it for the sake of justice being delivered to all, including those who donated, and to keep the server a safe and fun place. However, I can only do this by searching up commands or timestamps in the server logs, which is not possible in cases of griefing. In your case, how am I supposed to do anything about it without any information, evidence of the grief: Where were you griefed? (coordinates?) Who was online at the time (/list)? etc. Coordinates indicating the location of the grief are crucial in finding out who did it and fixing it, and I can't get exact coordinates from your username or the description of the scenario you provided. |

It's hard to "show evidence" when the perpetrator was invisible. I would expect mods or admins to utilize what they have to gain evidence, and if you feel up to the task you can teleport to my home and check who broke the farm fencing for example. |

I would expect a server of any size to have logging plugins such as CoreProtect or other. |

Still, a screenshot or two with coordinates or the list of players online at the time would have still been evidence and have helped. |

Yes, we do have CoreProtect but that's no use if I don't know where the grief was and can't teleport to you if you are offline. This is why providing coordinates is the most effective way at pinpointing locations. |

You can use the /home command with my name as an argument to it |

Now I can, because you mentioned that was were you were griefed, however you can only set one home, and I made a point about the coordinates for future people who read this thread as I can't always assume that /home is where the grief took place.Often it could be the faction home, or a completely different place. In all cases, coordinates will always work. |
