This was a joke but for 5 years ive been helping people without and with my staff permissions, and now that im demoted i hate not being able to do that especially when i only see 1 staff member on from 12 to or 7pm on the weekends, and none on weekdays. Instead of promoting 4 mods in america where there is already 3 mods at the time, take a look at the other timezones. I’m not saying this to get staff, because i probably wont but just taie a look at the candidates there

I have no idea how you would know if I “relogged daily” when there is literally 2 other players online in my timezone, optic and gilgamesh to be ontop of the afk list. Its funny how the staff who complained about me being inactive are just as inactive now. Theres a thing called school, you see. When your on summer break, there is no school. Make sense?

Chip_Bruh	Date sent: 2017/09/15 09:21:19 Zedcall replaced you, not ck. To ACTUALLY clear things up; I demoted Jordan because he had been heavily inactive for over half a year. With an overwhelming amount of reports that occasionally he popped on to ask people to go play other games with him, and didn't help anyone. Jordan had made comments to other players about wanting to resign, or that he didn't enjoy the server or Minecraft anymore. All of these reports inevitably came back to me within roughy 48 hours and were the foundation of his demotion, amplified by his inactivity. Now if course I can't demote him for just this, I hadn't even spoken to him about it, and for all I know he could still want to keep staff. I mailed Jordan in-game about the matter (it took him 3 days to log on to see my message and reply), asking him if he still wanted admin and if his activity would improve; I told him that there was moderators which could correctly fill his boots and put the rank to some use. He could then become a moderator in replace of someone else's promotion. Jordan declined and told me he wanted to keep admin and that he helps a lot and is very active. Reports continued to pile in and eventually forced me to demote him to moderator. He still had a chance to be promoted again to admin, or maybe even Head Mod; all he had to do was become more active and help people. His extreme inactivity continued and he just logged on with minechat for 5 mins, didn't talk, and then left. Of course to reset his /seen and trick me into thinking he was extremely active and therefore helping out. I called it quits, the complaints from both staff and players were overwhelming. I demoted Jordan back to Donator+, only to receive his fowl mouth yelling and picking at each and every staff member. Eventually he got to me and tried to dig up some shit which he had no idea about, which inevitably sealed his fate. You've said it yourself Jordan, when you get online there area only 2 players online and they are both AFK, so you won't be needing that staff rank after all. Not to mention you've recently made an appallingly anonymous complaint which reeks with trying to get revenge and to get an open spot for you to get admin back. I don't like to see those kind of motives in a staff team and all it tells me is that you'd cause friction with other staff if you were promoted again.

Chip_Bruh	Date sent: 2017/09/16 20:59:51 I'm always online every day if i'm actually available. the last 10 days i have been on holiday in greece, and even then i tried to get online to check up. a lot of what you said is irrelevant Alpaca, especially the petty attempted dig at me, in case you haven't noticed i'm here to stay; and i actually run the server. I manage it and do a lot of administration stuff for it. i;m actually so involved with running the server that i don't often do what i used to do as a Moderator/Admisitrator (staffing). i'm not sure i would even class myself as a staff member anymore.
