So i'ts come to my attention that at certain times of the day there are no staff that are able to be reached even though some of the time we need them. When i see a staff either online on discord or Skype I think hey this person is online and able to help me yet when I/others message them we receive no answer. There are times where the server is unstaffed for 4+ hours during the day with 20+ people on it. Some of us on the server are having to step up and try our best to staff without perms but there is a point where we cant do anything. What im trying to say here is that we need to either have some demotions of inactive staff, add more staff that can actually be active on the server and reachable, or bring back the helper rank and promo a few trusted people to that rank. This may be in the wrong topic but its a complaint and a suggestion. |

+1 Even if just helper to temp ban or jail for a few minutes spammers/griefers/hackers until a staff member can be reached and able to make defaults citizens. If staff can't actually be on the server, they should be at least able to be contactable by discord and then come on when needed. But even that has been a stretch lately. |

+1 Agreed when i first joined i had to wait over a day for a staff member to be online. I also see people doing Illegal things a lot of the time but no staff member is online to do anything, this annoys me because the time zone im in Staff is rarely online and people get away with what they're doing.Ps I constantly see AFK staff online which is basically the same as being offline. @ckvoss i message you on skype because no other staff are available at the time and just maybe you might get a ping for it and be able to come online. 90% of the time it doesnt say you are online but i still have that thought that you might be able to get on |

Hey I'll totally help you out if you +1 a mod application I make.+1 for this though, while I've never had to chase down a staff member for help, having a larger team on hand can only be a benefit for the community. |

Can you post screenshot evidence of when there are no staff online so we can look for possible candidates to join the staff team to fill those gaps? |

I’ve said this before, so i guess it makes sense to bring it up here too. Helpers should be trusted, loyal and active members of the community. They don’t necessarily need a tag, just permissions like tempban, jail and mute. If you needed a way to identify them as staff then you could probably just put a star or something after their prefix. I think its a good way to expand the staff team without making a huge staff board |

So, in the "inactive staff" post I accidentally posted basically the same thing but I'll post it here since this is where I meant to post it to begin with x-x+1. But I don't think it should be a Helper rank, I think that there should be more Mod & Admin slots put on the team, so that Helpers don't have to ask for a Mod/Admin to get online to do things that they can't - like ban for longer than a few hours. I think Helper would be a good "trial" rank to see if they'd be a good fit for Mod, but I do think that it's necessary for there to be more Mod/Admin slots to make the team bigger. Again I posted this in the wrong post before I posted this but it's okay x-x |

 That's 6:54pm EST (Eastern Standard Time,) no staff. :P The amount of people wasn't as big as it usually is on other days, but some more staff wont hurt. :L Edit: Loki got on at 7:05pm .-. |

not 100% of the time y'all aren't. That day that i asked you to come onto console to help out there was no staff that were reachable. Maybe over xmas break we will have a little bit more coverage but once school starts back up there will be about 8 hours either barely staffed or not staffed at all due to most of the staff team being at school and not able to get online. |

you werent classified as staff then and so people didnt usually go to you for staff issues unless it was a server crash or no other staff were reachable in a time of need. |
