I already know that this is gonna be somewhat controversial, however, in areas such as spawn or the old spawn there are areas claimed by users who have left the server and clearly have no intentions of coming back. I'm proposing that active members be able to request that these claims be revoked/ removed allowing others to use the land (with whoever maid the request for the claim getting a chance to claim first if they want it). Generally, these claims may have small structures, with no clear layout or aesthetic (similar to what you'd build as a night one building when you're not geared to the teeth), they also generally have nothing of value within them. But any chests and materials used in the structure should be saved somewhere if possible, for the off chance that the person returns. Think some people would like this, but I know many may not. |

This feature already exists, if a player is offline for over a month or two depending on the area, another player can take the land if they live near it, or if it's spawn land. |
