That's right! The time has come to choose a new spawn, so throughout this month, we'll be building spawns and voting for a winner! Everything you need to know will be in this post, so if you're interested in entering, Please read this ENTIRE thread thoroughly.Requirements These are the requirements for a spawn submission to ensure it suits the server: 1) A 3x3 spawn platform (Players spawn in the middle of a Mushroom Co. Flag) 2) Players always spawn facing south, and there's no easy way to change that. Please make it so the exit to your spawn is south of the spawn platform so players spawn facing it! 3) Not too big, not too small! This is medium sized survival server, we don't need a massive mini-game server sized "hub" area, we just need a nice average sized building! (See the current spawn as an example, Not massive, but not too small, gets to the point then let's players enter the spawn town.) 4) Staff & Rule board. Both of these need to be on the way to the exit of the spawn build, preferably to the sides of the pathway. 5) Location is key! It needs to be in a wide, open field with no claimed land or builds around it already. We need plenty of space for the spawn town to develop easily, and nobody wants to cut down a bunch of trees to make space for themselves! 6) There needs to be a "main road" connecting the spawn to the area in front of the build, which will be expanded and become the spawn town should your build be accepted! How to enter? Entering is easy! You just need to create a spawn, then reply to THIS POST with information on your entry, specifically: A warp to the build or where the build will be A list of everyone who helped build it and any additional info you think is important! You have 2 weeks to enter! You will NOT be able to enter past the 23rd of this month! Risk of Entering Please keep in mind there is NO GUARANTEE that your build will be chosen, Try your best, but don't get your hopes too high or you may be let down. There's already 3 entries before this post even went up, which means you could already only a 25% chance of winning (Not taking the skill of the builds into account). Have a backup plan for your build if you don't win! Turning it into a faction home could be a good alternative. Choosing the winner In 2 weeks from now, when everyone has had a chance to enter, we'll start an in-game poll with the warps to each of the spawn candidates! Measures will be taken to insure no mass-alt voting or bribery for votes occurs. Do keep in mind that if you're caught bribing players to vote for your build, you will be disqualified. If somebody else is caught bribing players to vote for your build, don't worry, you won't be disqualified! But the votes will be discarded and the player will be punished alone. Mushroom Metro will also be making a new train line in the new spawn with a Spawn Station. If you would like to make the station apart of the spawn building or a seperate plot of land near the spawn, it is greatly appreciated. This is NOT a requirement and does not need to be added into your spawn if you don’t want it to, I am simply just offering the choice if you are interested in incorporating it into your design. |

The first and second requirements are not entirely necessary if it makes sense since we have had spawns violate them in the past (although the spawn point is always on a single block, so if you have a 2x2 base it will be in the top right corner block. |

I made one./warp empirestatebuilding Builders: Aouldrain, J_Mc_Prime (Avery), Presinus If you walk around the perimiter of it, there are two entrances on either side of the building with rooms in it that i think are nice. |
