Recently, I found out that Psyvulsky, on this current world, became the first person to achieve flight in a piston airship (with sufficient evidence). This inspired me to create a list of all the aviation accomplishments we have so far and potential accomplishments that have yet to be achieved. I figured this could be a fun community collaboration to pursue. There is also fun in the competition.

There are still many aviation records to be made on Mush, so if you're into aviation and records, this is something you might be interested in. Below is a list of achievements - they have sub-achievements of their own. Feel free to leave suggestions and ideas about potential categories and achievements to have on the list.

Keep in mind, this list does not include categories for /fly or elytras - just piston airships at the moment. I would like to implement elytras as a category in the future however.

Update 2/18/20: It has been brought to my attention that Luva and Leklo were actually the first to achieve flight in a piston airship. They flew on December 26, 2019.

Update 3/10/20: March 9, 2020 was a pretty exciting day as a couple more achievements took place. SheepSurge came on to become the first person to fly vertically on this current map. Astro_Dogs, Tamnica, and Bluebell100 also participated in becoming the first group to fly in a piston airship. Sheep and Astro became the first people to perish in a multi-fatality incident.

Update 3/15/2020: Today was another great day for achievements and setting records. The biggest accomplishment of today was having the biggest group to fly at the same time - 10 people! The airship was made by Psyvulsky and through his guidance, this was possible. The participants were, Harvoo, ShaunTheSchaap, TheRedTato, marks_minecraft, thegamingrobot12, Idventure890, AngenovaPuppeh, J_Mc_Prime, SwedishFolklore, and steve_the_block.

Another big first was Idventure890 being the first guy to have an animal achieve flight in an airship, a rabbit.

Update 4/8/2020: _Luva is now the current longest distance record holder, breaking the previous record of 4,520m. The new record is 8,984m.

Update 4/15/2020: Led by Vommunism and Harvoo, the mission of the Thruster's Maiden Voyage, also known as the Caterpillar Car, beat the current record of 8,984m with the new record of 20,051m! The other notable achievements included having the largest group fly (15 people) and beat the current longest distance record, and having the largest amount of fatalities carried about by separate individuals (13 separate deaths).

The participants involved in this endeavor were: Vommunism, Harvoo, The_Tsar_, J_Mc_Prime, PotatoMinx, MedicHasArrived, asbronaut, snoofskep, Astro_Dogs, Ninja97us, DublinDevil, MamaPorg, loadgal101, steve_the_block, and Arlmar_Aventeen.
