Banned around 6:50 for using an x'ray texture pack to mine 21 (I think) diamond ores. I then took these diamonds to my base and stored them for safekeeping. I then went to sell things at a store(I sold around 100£ of diamond ore, or maybe 150. This can be removed from my money if deemed necessary.), and came back to continue working on a project. After this, i accepted a tpa request from MaxBass (sorry if I got your name wrong, I have bad memory) and admitted to using the x-ray pack, closed minecraft, deleted the pack, and gave him the diamonds to delete. Then, i put away my items, and accepted being banned. |

Abstain for now, First of all you're quite new, so I haven't seen much of you. But I have seen a bit and there's some things I personally think you could work on:1) Your English isn't the best, sometimes to a point where I can't understand what you're saying. 2) You have a TON of afk time, I can confirm this because your activity average is literally 24 hours per day. I assume this is because you own farms and such, if you were to become a staff member you would have to accept that afking for long periods isn't allowed for various reasons, and you'd have to limit yourself down to 1 hour intervals of afk time, and even then you still wouldn't wanna be doing it often. Work on these couple of things and spend some more time on the server, and I'll see where my vote goes from there! |

harv...you know this is a ban appeal not a mod application right? his afk time nor his ability to speak english well matters rn. He admitted fault when confronted and cooperated with staff, think that merits him a +1 for a reduced ban sentence |
