me and somebody else were harmlessly joking around and somehow ariana_grande got offended and she kept yelling at us for no reason and we pretty much shook it of and ignored her because we were literally doing nothing that should bother anyone and then kj (hes such a joke lmao) jailed me and muted me tp "cool off" for an hour although i was never even mad?? then i created factions to talk and he tempbanned me for 3 DAYS. for chat rules. thats ridiculous i could see maybe an hour or so but 3 days wtf i never even did anything wrong in the first place and if you need me to go into specifics i will |

Okay I must say a few things...1. This goes in the ban appeal section 2.You should not have used factions to speak 3.You should not have been jailed,muted or banned if what your saying is true. So KJ if ur reading this, you made a big mistake. |

Calling it harmless joking is a bit of an understatement. You and Melon both targeted Ariana and harassed her specifically. When asked to stop by both her and staff you decided to continue. You broke Rule 3, be nice to other players and from what I saw the mute and jail were both warranted. I don't believe I was there when you were tempbanned so I can't speak to that situation. |

@wowman 1. I'm not trying to get unbanned I am just complaining about kj2. You're absolutely right, I was not innocent for doing that but I shouldn't have been muted and jailed in the first place 3. Yep @iplayerurt we didn't harass Ariana specifically.. We both said "wow I can't believe that actual Ariana grande is here!" About twice each.. There wasn't even a reason to be offended by that especially if your nick is literally an exact impersonation of that individual. Also, she kept yelling at us to stop talking when she wasn't included in our conversation what so ever.. We were just using chat and it somehow annoyed her. She could have a. Got off minecraft b. Used /ignore on us, or c. Disabled chat but instead she kept yelling at us when we literally said nothing rude or anything to take seriously |

If you are rude to someone and answer back when told to stop, you should recieve a mute. If you attempt to bypass the mute, you are to be jailed. Any further bypassing will result in a tempbanTelling someone to leave minecraft or turn off their chat just becuase of a few horrible members is not acceptable. The server is for everyone and no one should feel excluded or bullied |

Ok hazza well I was muted and jailed at the same time I never bypassed the first mute and my mute was unjustified which was why I tried to bypass it. I never specifically harassed or bullied anybody either. If I had the nick "Morgan Freeman" and Ariana decided to say "Wow I didn't know the real morgan freeman was on this server!" and I got overly offended your staff would probably tell me im making too big of a deal. Double standards. |
