Lately Mumfie92 has been bullying me and abusing.He was been swearing excessively and when I told him to mind the language he got mad, even though Luigi had said that I have every right to tell him not to swear. Since then whenever I'm trying to help players solve a problem or solve a problem myself he jumps in, even if it doesn't concern him, and tells me to "shut the f*** up" or "f*** off". He will also take the side of the person I'm against no matter what the situation. For example, there was a default using flymod and I was trying to do something as no staff were on at the time. He took the hacker's side and kicked me telling me to "leave him alone", even though the person should be banned for hacking. And if something happens, say I lose a PvP match, he will tease me about it and go way overboard with it. Please do something about this. I'm picked on enough at school and I don't need more bullies at the one place I can escape to. |

He also gets mad when I argue with females. I'm not sexist or anything but it doesn't matter what gender the person is, I still treat them the same. |

Mumfie, in case you haven't noticed, I'm not exactly one to stand by and take the path of least resistance. If someone is bullying or doing something wrong (as you have been doing for the last month and a half) then I feel obligated to step in and help as I know what it's like to be bullied and how frustrating it is when the bully just won't get in trouble, even though the evidence is obvious. Bullies shouldn't be ignored, they should be banned. |

Hm, I guess I'll defend myself then.I'm not bullying you or abusing, I don't know what your definition of bullying is, but I can assure you that whatever your experience with me is NOT bullying. If anything you might be a kind of twisted bully. People are minding their own business, playing the game, having fun, maybe a guy dies in lava and screams FUCK. You'd be instantly on the scene giving them a caps and swear warning, and if they don't suck up to you, you will continue spamming the chat with warnings until you feel that you can just kick them from the server. If I was new to this game and you were the first one I encountered, I would change server. I'm not swearing excessively by saying "Fuck". the word Fuck is in my vucabulary, If you cannot take those words, I'd recommend downloading some language filter. Also, you claim I'm jumping in whenever you're helping players? That never happened. Yes I've told you to shut the fuck up a few times when you go overboard with your /kick and trying to be staff when you clearly are NOT. When you go overboard with this kind of stuff, you're actually not helping, you're making the chat annoying and unreadable. Yes, I mostly take the side of a person that isnt you, and the reason for that is because you're in the wrong, you're not helping, you're making it worse. I've never taken the hackers side. I assume you're referring to the 2 defaults that were praying to the gucci god to attack when you were trying to be "staff". I don't know if they were hacking or not, however, when they prayed to the gucci gods to attack, I lost my shit and laughed my ass off. I did tell you to leave them alone because you told me that it's offensive if I say Jesus Christ. Really dude? Really? Also, I don't recall kicking you then, I have kicked you before because you kicked me for saying fuck. Actually, i've never kicked you first, you've always been the first one to kick me. basically, if you hit me, I'll hit you back. I also don't remember that I've teased you about any PvP matches as I have very small interests in Minecraft PvP. And yes, the very last thing about you being bullied at school, I feel bad for you, I really do, but don't come here and say I'm bullying you because I respond to your silly comments in the chat. - Mumfie |

Mumfie, people can give caps warnings, excessive swearing warnings, grief warnings or any type of warning, thats how people get mod, as well as helping.If you did jump in when your he is helping players he needs to buck up. If you wanna help, you can help, ignore that completely. Also, having a staff mind on, helping and enforcing rules is a very good thing mumfie, which if anyone will get mod, its him. I must admit, on one occasion I got myself a tad worked up about players having the staff mind, however, at the time I was not really aware that it was possible, on other servers I had done it and been banned for Impersonating a staff member -.-. If he goes overboard with kick, take screenshots and make a complaint, No evidence means No case. I know he is a good helping hand, so don't accuse him of not being one. But lets say he isnt helping, atleast hes trying Mumfie, all you do all day is talk about intercourse. I really like you mumfie but you have to use your logic. Also you say, if you hit me, I'll hit you back. What the f%#???? How immature is that? If he kicks you for swearing your kind of breaking a rule,your gonna kick him back for keeping the chat clean? Oh my lord. Thats a habbit that you need to get rid of. Vultur, In PVP when losing, you always tp away into safezone, so if he did, in your words, tease you, then you deserved it. I have to admit, Vult has been a little strict for a donor... I know he's only trying to get attention for staff but I personally wouldn't want to see him a staff member if hes going to be this strict, and yes if I were a new player I wouldn't want to be on the server with him either! It really isn't immature to hit back ;) just means you're defending yourself, Vult I have seen you harp on a lot of people for saying one bad word which isn't exactly excessive, I would prefer you keep your comments to yourself and if you want to help a player good! If you want to harp on them and kick them constantly and always be VERY and I mean stricter than MadKittyKat was, then you've got it all wrong, in my personal experience as a staff member I've learned if you're too strict no one likes you at all, so try and keep that in mind if you need advice ask me, and as for this report I highly suggest you /ignore mumfie as this is the internet and its never going to be clean and all goody two shoes man, sorry. I'd hate for him to be staff. Enforcing a non-existing rule is a load of rubbish.Your right llamas, if someone punches you knock them the heck out, but that was an example. If I kick you for a good reason, or if I think its a good reason, you don't kick them back. You cant kick someone for kicking. Strict is good as long as its not too much, and vultur is doing it too much. -Jay |

Well gosh, what can I say...Mumfie92 has been taking a hackers side recently, because I was against the hacker. I warned the hacker with a /kick, and mumfie has said: Jordan's such a b****, right? |
