Username: JefreeStar12Why you were banned: ban evasion When you were banned: 11/23/21 early evening I was initially banned for 7 days by The_Tsar for stealing. I did this and willingly accepted my punishment. Today, while my friend was at my house, playing on his laptop, he let me know that he had been banned for ban evasion, and then Cooper notified me that my account had been banned again for ban evasion in the chat. The ban was by The_Tsar. I can understand the misconception, however, my friend, who in-game is James_Charles, lives right next to me and often spends entire days at my house. Tracing my IP feels like a breach of my privacy, and on top of that, the perma-ban for ban evasion doesn’t apply to me. Other than being connected to the same internet. I was not aware James_charles was playing Minecraft at the time. |

As a friend of both JefreeStar and James IRL, I can confirm they are two separate people. They are however neighbors, and at the time, were at Jefree's house. Tsar's in game response to me saying this in chat was "unfortunate." I can understand the misconception, however, things over the internet don't always equate to real life. The perma-ban for Jeffree seems a bit over the top, and I don't see why James_Charles should be banned at all. +1 |
